'Tyler, come on! Let's go out just this once, stop being a couch potato and get your lazy ass out of bed.' Josh walked up behind the lonely boy and pinched his blushed cheeks.Tyler grabbed Josh's hands and pushed them away with force. He took the duvet and buried his head underneath it.
Josh put his hands to his face and let out a groan of annoyance, he couldn't believe Tyler was doing this to him, he had been sitting at home for at least a month now. He needed to get fresh air. It was all because of this boy who broke Tyler's heart, Josh didn't understand what the younger boy was whining about they had only been together for two months before his so called significant other cheated on him.
'Listen up, time for a pep talk. I know you're bummed out and everything, but you were too good for him anyways. He was all over the place, I mean he gave you a bar of soap as your birthday present, not even the good kinda soap! No-one needs that type of negative energy bringing them down anyways. Now then, how about you get yourself dressed and we go to the mall?'
'The malls disgusting, we could always do online shopping so there's no point.' Tyler let out a sigh, head still buried deep under the fluffy, grey material.
'Glad we could agree! Go put on something that doesn't make you look like, uhm, whatever type of grizzly bear thing you have going on right now. Trust me it does not suit you.' The last few words were mumbled but it had seemed as though Tyler had heard through the disfigured speech.
'Excuse you!? I could look jaw dropping if I wanted to, there's nothing holding me back!'
'Except Brendon Urie of course.'
Tyler let out a huff of annoyance, he'd show Josh that he was stunning.
Tyler's sock clad feet ran into the bathroom and stared straight into the full body mirror, analyzing his tan complexion.
A shocked gasp was emitted through the the boys pink hued lips, he truly looked a sight. Hair disheveled, going in all directions. Food stains sprawled across his shirt, dark eye bags which he was sure could up be covered with concealer and a bit of sleep. He locked the bathroom door and got to work.
Tyler brushed his teeth and showered before stepping out of the bathroom, a towel wrapped around his head. An outfit was layed out in front of him, ironed. Joshua was no where in sight.
'Joshy, where are you?' Tyler hurriedly put on the given outfit, formal but classy. Layed out was a cream coloured sweater, a white button up shirt to go underneath it and black skinny jeans. In Tyler's opinion, the outfit was a bit plain, but never mind that he had to go and find his best friend and what he was planning!
He rushed out of his room, phone and wallet in hand. He ran his hand through his hair and searched for the older man, it seemed as though he had vanished, he was here just a minute ago, he couldn't have gone that far. He walked around the house, still no sign of him. Right when he was about to give up he saw Josh, holding what seemed to be a bouquet of flowers. He was standing next to a red mustang.
'Joshie, what's all this?'
Tyler had a confused look plastered across his face, was this all for him? It couldn't be.
'Hiya, Ty! I m-made this all for you, I really hope you like it, it'll help you forget all about Urie.'
'He was an icky man, can't believe I fell for him! Thank you for doing all of this for me Joshie, I really appreciate it you know' Tyler smiled and went in for a hug, Josh reciprocated and left a tiny kiss on Tyler's cheek. Tyler's cheeks turned a rosy pink, he looked down at his scuffed up shoes and let out a small 'hmph!'
'Shall we?' Josh held out his arm for Tyler.
'We shall.'
