FRIEND

         Chapter 1: FRIEND

"In the midst of eerie night ,near the sea and grey clouds surrounding the dark sky ,sat an old man with a light in his hand pointing towards his face and kids or should I say teenagers surrounding him with all the excitement to hear his lifelong experiences with an touch of wisdom old people seemed to possessed. The spectator of the scene walked towards the group the old man was summoning to see who the old man was....."

"Tripuha are you going to wake up or not? It's already 7 O'clock you have morning classes to attend. "shouted a lady which made Tripuha wake up from her deep sleep of revelation adventure.

"Are you waking up or do I need to come upstairs? "cried her mother.

"NO need, I'm already up. Coming down just after being freshened up "answered Tripuha.

After all she knew inviting her mother in her room would give her trouble and lots of yelling after seeing her room all messed up. According to her which was not messed up at all.

Tripuha's room was small with dark grey walls just consisting of a single bed which was always untidy and crowded with stuffed ,which she herself didn't know came from where and when,a side desk on the left side with a night lamp on it, a cell phone ringing for the nth time.

She finally decided the pick up the phone, was paled with fear 😱 after seeing almost 200 miss calls from her dear best friend, which she decided to not call back, because if she called her back she would a marathon of her scolding round.which she was not ready to face just after waking up.

She got up on her bed and once again started to ponder about who the old man was in her dream and why does she seemed so affected from his story, what was it truly? Her train was thought was broken by the blasting ringtone "Power Power ,turn the music on" reached her ears, she picked up the phone and muttered up the courage to answer her dear friend's call, and was greeted with a shout which made her to pull her cell phone a bit from her ears distance

"Are you awake or are you still dreaming? Or Do I need to invade your dream and kill you in it, then are you going wake up? "shouted her friend.

"Why are you shouting so much this early in the morning "she replied?

"Why am I shouting you ask? Do you even realize what time it is? Just she the time you idiot" Tripuha lifted her head an saw it's almost 9 am ,or do you not want to pass? We have to submit the project by 10 o'clock sharp"in an bossy tone answered her friend.

"My dear Chitish, I have woken up "she replied in coaxing tone to calm her friend "I will just freshen up and be in front of the gate sharp at 10 am, OK?"in an inquiring tone she said "are you have known? Meet you in hour. muhaa"

"Ok, just come fast or I will not wait and submit my project alone"

"I know you won't do that, you are my only friend you won't think of betraying me.bye and see you soon "with this she cut the call with a satisfied smile and didn't let her friend answer.

Tripuha was very thankful for having her as her best friend, who was always there for her whenever she needed her and never leaved her alone in any situation, in spite of Chitish being a social butterfly she was always present to help her in any need.

Tripuha in opposite does not make anyone friend, because her childhood experiences of friendship was not so good , as whenever she made friend they would play with her for two to three days and then get bored of her and leave her alone or some cases her friend would just change school, which always mad her sad and feeling lonely.

So from grade 5 she decided to not make anyone her friend and not to get attached to them ever. But this didn't made her unapproachable her classmates would talk to her whenever they like when they had no one to speak ,because they knew was the only one who doesn't spills people's secret, which made her a popular loner.

But everything changed on the orientation day of college, when suddenly a tall girl standing beside her in the assembly tried to make conversation with her, Tripuha was an anti-social person not a cold person so she politely replied to her and during the conversation they came to know that they have same major, which resulted in there building base of friend ship. Tripuha also came to know the Chitish was in basketball club and had entered in the university by sports scholarship.

"Tripuha are ready or not "shouted her mother.

"Mom I will be ready in half an hour, give me some time to settle"whinned Tripuha.

"Ok, but be fast".replied her mother.

Tripuha got up from her bed and went into the bathroom to get ready for the day.
