If someone were to ask Lobelia Evans what she would do after graduating secondary school, she never would have thought that she would end up in a hospital pushing babies out of her vagina.

To tell you the truth, Lobelia never really planned about having kids, much less two, yet here she was holding tightly to her mother's hand as the doctor told her to keep pushing. All she wanted to do was sleep on a comfortable mattress, already exhausted from pushing out a tiny baby boy a few minutes ago.

She wasn't fit for motherhood at all with her lack of knowledge on cooking or cleaning. She was far too young, too young to experience her first love or her first job. Lobelia was deathly afraid of cleaning up poop and the late nights her mother had experienced when she had taken care of the three girls.

"Lobelia I need you to do one more push," the doctor stated as Lobelia heaved in and out, sweat dripping from her forehead and matting her hair. She squeezes her mother's hand, screaming to the heavens so much that some of the nurses in the room probably went deaf at the sound.

Despite her fatigue, her mind briefly wondered to how she even ended up in this situation. Lily probably wasn't even aware that her older sister had screwed up, both literally and figuratively, and had gotten pregnant at the ripe age of sixteen without even knowing who the damn father was. She remembered her parent's disappointment when she told them like it happened yesterday and how her sister Petunia just looked at her in shock and shame.

A sharp cry suddenly broke out the room as the doctor shouted the gender of the baby, a girl. She had just given birth to a boy and a girl. Lobelia smiled weakly, forgetting all the bad thoughts in her head as she stared at the two babies that were put in her arms. She quickly checked the premature babies for any abnormalities, holding their fingers lightly and counting them before her mother assured her that everything was dandy. Soon the babies where taken away to get put on the NICU and Lobelia fell into deep sleep from the exhaustion, faintly hearing her heart monitor beep faster and her mothers shouts as her eyes closed.
