Sick Daichi/Haikyuu

Daichi Sick at Practice Chapter 2

"DAICHI!!!!!" Suga yelled seeing Daichis limp body on the ground.

"Ashai go get the coach, Nishinoya call 911 and Tanaka help me." Suga yelled, his tone fulled of worry and sadness.

Ashai ran off, Nishinoya picked up his phone and Suga and Tanaka ran up to Daichi.

"Daichi, Daichi wake up." Suga said, trying to stay as calm as he could. Daichi opened his eyes, ever so slight.

" Hey Suga." Daichi managed to say. Hisw voice was weak and quiet. He then screamed as a stabbing pain hit him in is lower right stomach. After a couple of minuted his eyes shut once again.

" Shit" Tanaka said, tears filling his eyes. He nor anybody has ever seen Daichi in this much pain before, never.

Coach Ukai and Ashai ran back into the bathroom.

" How is he?" Coach Ukai asked.

" He woke up for like a minute, hey didn't say much. Then he just screamed and passed back out a little while later." Tanaka replied

" The ambulance is on it's way! " Nishinoya said, his eyes red, most likely from crying.

Then they heard sirens in the distance.

5 minutes later...

The ambulance arrived and took Daichi to the hospital, Suga, Tanaka, Nishinnoya and Ashai joined Coach Ukai in his car so they could all go together to the hospital.

Suga texted the team about what happened, they all replied, Kageyama and Hinata said they were coming right now, Tsukishima and the rest of the team said they would visit tomorrow because they did want to crowd him but to keep them posted.

After what felt like hours in that car, they finally arrived at the hospital.

5 Hours later...

" Daichi Sawamura" the doctor said.

" Yes!" Suga said, standing up fast, coach Ukai standing beside him. Nishinoya, Ashai and Tanaka all asleep.

Suga woke them up and followed the doctor into his office.

" I have to be honest here, this is not good." The doctor began. " Daichi apendex has burst and now he has sepsis, which is life- threatening, right now he is not in good shape but we won't know completely until he is awake." The room filled with complete silence. Until another doctor interrupted.

" Mr. Sawamura is in his room now, you can go see him.But, he is not awake yet, he might not be for a while. If you can just follow me."

Coach Ukai, Ashai, Nishinoya, Tanaka and Suga said nothing and walked out to follow the doctor. Then Hinata and Kageyama called for them.

"Hey guys!" Hinata yelled, half way across the hospital, one of the doctors getting him in trouble for shouting.

"You dumb ass! Shut up!" Kageyama told Hinata. " Have you heard anything from the doctors about Daichi yet?" Kageyama asked as they approached the team.

" Yeah the doctors taking us to his room right now, come." Suga replied, tears still fresh in his eyes.

Hinata and Kageyama looked at each other. What ever happened to Daichi must be really bad thought Hinata.  Really bad.

Suga was the first to walk into Daichi's room. Suga burst into tears as he saw his pale best friend laying there, with and oxygen mask on, hooked up to a bunch of machines with IV attached to his wrist, his chest slowly rising and falling.
