Billy has been in all of the film even jigsaw he was spose to be a toy for john and jills son but he was never born. I think that everyone will know him by his laugh ans his voice and his face i loved how something what was made by love and then turned into something twisted and put fear in lost of people. Its sad to think that he isn't going to be in the new SAW spiral
