Chapter 3

Sarah couldn't believe her eyes. There he was. The boy of his dreams and she began to think of a way to have him for herself.

Richard Thompson, magnificent creature: tall, blond, blue eyes and a smile you never forget.  For the first time she thought of being in love.  And it was so. Sarah kept thinking, thinking and thinking but did not notice that a voice was calling her back to reality.

"Hey, uhm, can I sit here? said a nice, deep voice.

Sarah looked up and almost passed out on the chair.  It's him !!

"I...I...no...I mean...uhh...uh...uh..." Sarah said.
"Are you okay?" said Richard.
"I'm good just looking at you" said Sarah.

What?! She couldn't believe what she just said. It was embarrassing. She apologized that instant when he was looking at her confused and amused.

"I'm sorry, I should've said that I just..." started Sarah laughing nervously.
"It's okay you're funny" he interrupted.
"You can sit now" said Sarah smiling.
"Thank you Miss" Richard smirked.

The air in her lungs stopped.  He turned around to Rebecca as she looked at her, amazed and amused.

For the whole lesson Sarah continued to watch him out of the corner of her eye to see if he too was watching her.  But nothing.  He was rightly following what the teacher said and therefore she decided to do the same.

Finally the bell rang and Sarah and Rebecca walked towards the next class: Math.  Sarah rolls her eyes because she hated that subject even though she had all A's. They stopped at their lockers to get other books for the lesson.

"Soo..is there something you want to talk about, Miss?" asked Rebecca laughing.
"I don't know what are you talking about MISS-YOU-WANT-TO-KNOW-EVERYTHING!!" said Sarah laughing as well.
"You know exactly what I'm taking about"
"Uhm..nope!"
"Richard!!?? Duh!" said Rebecca crossing the arms.
"What about it?"
"I saw how you looked at hiiiiim! So when's the wedding?" jokes Rebecca.
"There will be no wedding silly!"
"I know I was kidding. But seriously what happened in there? There was a lot of sexual tension between you two" said Rebecca pointing two fingers.

Sarah blused so hard that you could literally see it.

"There was?" asked.
"Yes girl trust me" said Rebecca laughing again.
"Wow" this time she was smiling.

They closed the lockers and headed for the next class.  They realized that there was a group of boys in front of the lockers.

"What's going on over there? asked Sarah.
"I don't know girl." Rebecca was staring.

They looked better and Sarah saw Richard make friends with the other students.  As he spoke to them his gaze fell on Sarah who immediately returned.  She felt butterflies in her stomach immediately and start smiling.

"Sarah?!? Hello?!?!? Return to this planet please" said Rebecca rolling her eyes.
"Uh? What?"
"We need to go to claaaasssss"
"Oh yeah, let's go" said Sarah.
"You're in love 😍, girl I can see it" said Rebecca hugging her.

Sarah smiled at that comment and turned around for the last time to see if he was still there, but nothing.  He was gone.  He probably went to class with other students.
