Chapter 1

"You do know that you're annoying, right?"

"And you do know that you're more annoying, right?"

"Nah, you're the most annoying person here."

"Nah, you're the most annoying person in the whole wide world."

"And you both know that you're both annoying, right?" I told the twins. Frustrated with their bantering. They're going on for a long time for Pete's sake.

"But A.." They both whined at the same time and glared at the same time with each other. Yup. Some things never really change.

"Oh shut up you two! Can't you see I'm doing something here?" shouted by an angry Dexter who is the second oldest and whom I think is not happy either with the both of them. Well, who would be if they fought in almost everything.

The twins named Cade and Coby mumbled incoherent words. Sometimes, I think they're the youngest in our group and not me because of the way they act. They're the ones who makes the most moments of our life bright but sometimes, they're just so freaking annoying.

"Do something like car racing or kick some ass out there, just get out of here you brats." said Bryle whom I think wants to kick their butts if they don't get out of here. Bryle is the oldest in us and if you don't like him, well you can speak with his fist.

"Hmp!" they both snorted and stormed out still bickering. Geez. We're here at the living room of our gang quarters-except the twins who just got out to who knows where.

"Queen, I already enrolled the five of us at the Throttle University." informed Earl who is the third oldest in our gang while his gaze not leaving on his laptop. He is the genius with anything related to technology in our gang and I'll be lying if I'll say he is not good which means he's really awesome at it.

"Hmm.. Okay but please E, don't pull that stunt you did last year." I told him while glaring at him. Last year he made sure that I have at least one of them to be in my subjects. They're really overprotective of me that they'll go overboard just to make sure I'll be safe.

"Hey, I don't have anything to do with that. Maybe it's just fate, you know?" he told me his gaze leaving the laptop and looked at me trying to act innocent but I know better.

"Yeah right." I snorted and rolled my eyes at him. He just laughed at me.

Anyways, sorry if I'm rude for not introducing myself right away. I'm April Skies, 21, the Gangster Queen and the guys earlier are my co-gangsters and my best buddies for years. Well we've been in the same orphanage from what I can remember. I'd been apart with them when I had been adopted by a couple who died due to a car accident after just a freaking day of my 18th birthday. I was truly devastated by the sudden news so I ran away from there with my savings and sell all their properties and kept all the money in the bank.

After a month, I'd seen them on a restaurant I happened to pass by. We'd told each other on what happened with our lives and then I accidentally happened to know that they're gangsters so I told them that I wanted to join. At first, they keep on telling me no because they don't want me to be hurt, it's dangerous, I'm their princess, ya-da ya-da but when I told them I knew some techniques and they'll be the one who'll train me and everything, they reluctantly agreed and then they told me that they won't stop teaching and training me until I'm the best..

So yeah, I'm really the best and they don't care what or whom I fight with but sometimes I think they don't want me to fight because they do everything they can for me not to fight often. It's like they just want me to fight when it's important or inevitable.
