Chapter 6

When you arrived back to base and put all of your gear away you went into your room and locked the door. You opened the letter and unfolded it, you skipped who it was to and started reading it.

We have requested more live subjects for our experiments, I know that you've been starting to have doubts about what we do here at Umbrella but once we finish you can have anything you want, within reason that is. If you plan on saying no then I urge you to reconsider, it would be a shame if you woke up tomorrow penniless. Send the new subjects to the Umbrella building in Raccoon City, we know you'll make the right choice.

Dr. Kiera Fletcher

You put the letter down and heard a knock at the door, you waited for a few seconds before opening the door.

Nathan: "Hey man...what's wrong? You seem a bit down."

You: "Get in here."

Nathan stepped in and sat down.

Nathan: "What's up man?"

You gestured toward the letter and he picked it up and started reading. After a few seconds he put the letter down and looked at you.

Nathan: "Well...guess we know where we're going."

You: "Yeah, but I think we'll have to tell the CO about this."

Nathan: "I don't know, you never know."

You: "We just have to give it a shot."

You and Nathan took a bit to discuss what to do and you finally decided to go and talk to Harry. When you walked into the hallway you ran into Yumi.

Yumi: "Oh hey guys, going somewhere?"

You: "Yes actually, it's about um, you know what."

Yumi: "Oh, you going to see Harry then?"

Nathan: "How'd you know?"

Yumi: *shrug* "Lucky guess."

You: "Well, we don't know where his office is, can you show us?"

Yumi: "His office is usually in his home but I think he's still around, follow me."

You didn't question her and started following, she took you and Nathan into the gym where you saw Harry having a conversation with Mike.

Harry: "Look Mike I'll take your opinion on the op into consideration but right now it won't do us any good."

Yumi: "Harry, do you have a minute?"

Harry: "Of course I do Yumi, one second Mike."

He turned to face all of you and Mike walked away.

Harry: "Oh hey you two, didn't see you, great job on the op."

You: "Thank you sir, but there we must talk to you about, it's confidential."

Harry: "Alright."

The 4 of you stepped out of the gym and walked into the empty hallway.

Harry: "Okay, what is it?"

You: "Got the letter?"

Nathan: "Yep."

Nathan handed Harry the letter and he took a second to read it, his expression changed and folded the letter.

You: "I found that in the convoy, I didn't show anyone sooner because I have my suspicions. I'm taking a gamble just showing that to you."

Harry: "Well I'm glad you did, that confirms my theories about Umbrella."

Yumi: "You had theories?"
