"Kids!" The pro hero Thirteen called out " we have to get you out of here and call for backup. My phone signal is being jammed! Come-on!"

the girl was petrified and couldn't move. She wasn't sure if it was because she stunned of her dad's amazing fighting skill. Or because she was just worried sick about him.
either way she couldn't just leave him.
so when Thirteen called them all to leave, maybe that was why she froze.
