Chapter 12

"Drop the fucking gun now!" I yelled. He dropped the gun and kneels with his head bowed, hand over his heart. He's werewolf. I walked toward him " Call off your men. The Queen is not happy." I said

" Yes my queen." he sent a mental message and soon the guns fell to the floor.

"Stop attacking, we're coming out." I yelled anger. My dinner was ruined, my mood ruined.

"Yes, your highness" was called out in unison.

" Get up and walk." He did I followed. All the hunters were knelled in our direction.

" You attacked because?" Raising a brow at all of them as they looked between themselves. "Well spit it out"

" Lady Beth said vampires had mind washed you and we came as soon as possible." One hunter said.

" My mate is a vampire and my family is also vampires. Now if this ever happens again I'll have your heads as a mantle pieces." I warned that bowed their heads in understatement. " Now clean up this mess." turning away from them I went towards my dad and hugged him, he whined still in wolf. I removed my arms and saw blood he had a bullet wound on his side. " I NEED A MEDIC!" I yelled. I laid dad carefully on his side. Someone pulled me away from my dad and I thrashed. " No. Stop. Let Go. Daddy!" I said reaching out for him he tried to get up but couldn't he put a paw out.

" Daddy!" I screamed before I felt a prick in my arm and soon the world got blury.

I woke up in my bedroom Camden sat in the chair next to the bed.

" Wha--" everything that had happened just flashed in my vision dinner, hunters, dad. " Where's my dad?"

" He's fine all healed up he's downstairs." I nodded. " Aurora I'm sorry about last night. Something washed over me like I couldn't control it."

" It's okay you did what you had to survive. I would just prefer from now on you keep it out of the house or feed from me." I said looking out the window. I felt the bed dip in front of me. His cold hand cupped my chin. His lips hovered over mine his lips touched mine tenderly. I pulled away.

" I have to see my dad." he nodded I got up and walked out of our room. I walked down the stairs. I saw my dad and jumped him in a hug.

" Daddy! " I screamed. He laughed and caught me by the waist and spun me around.

" Now pumpkin don't get all fussy when I get shot its gonna take more then a bullet to get this old guy down." he said I laughed and hopped off of him.

Tommy and Timothy both pulled me in to a hug they both kissed my cheek. I heard a growl from Camden I giggled. Camden pulled me into his arms. Then the hunters from my kingdom came in with there black suites.

" Were are to watch over you until you come to the kingdom my Queen." one said. Another walked forward.

" I'm Steven, this is Luther, the blond one is Danny, and the red head is Kenickie." I giggled at the last ones name.

" Hey my mom loved Grease I can't help it." he said with a pouted face,

" No I love it, it's different." I said he smiled at that. Camden growled i flicked him in the nose. " Down boy." I teased he kissed me I laughed and pulled away another guy in a suit came in he had dark brown almost black hair and deep blue eyes. He gave a pointed look to Steven he looked then at me and ge growled at Camden's arms around me. Camden growled back pushing me behind him.

" Camden." the guy said through his teeth.

" Archer" Camden sneered.

" You gonna let her get killed too?" Camden let out a growl and had him pinned to the wall. Dad pushed me behind him Kenickie and Luther surrounded us while Steven and Danny moved to pull them apart. They both punched Danny and Steven to the floor and stared throwing punches. Is this my life now men just beating the shit out of each other for fun and me not knowing why.
