It's finally time to leave this place to be free of everything that reminded me of her the fact that she was dead killed me everyday.

''Natalie come on were leaving .'' Dad called me from down stairs .

''Okay dad Im comin.'' I answered and tied my hair and got my last look at my room and got out . I passed by moms room before I left I felt the urge to cry but I held myself , Ive been trying to stay strong since she died but dad hasn't been better . '' bye mom I love you.'' then I left and didn't look back .

''Were leaving for a new life and a new step .'' I thought to myself.

''Come on Nat .'' Dad said . We got into the car and took off.

We arrived at Mystic Falls early that afternoon , it's a nice city and the weather isn't all that bad at all.

''Dad you okay?'' I asked Dad looking at him , he looked pale and tired.

''Yes honey Iam .'' He lied to me again about him being okay .

''I can drive if you want .''I said hopingly that he would say yes.

''NO! , I mean no Im good Nat.'' He caught himself quickly.

''Come on dad .'' I pleaded.

''Not after what happened last time .'' He said laughing.

''I only nearly hit a tree that wasn't my fault no one puts a tree on the side of the road.'' I said dad looked at me and laughed.

''Ill let you drive when I know that you arent crazy.'' we laughed through the whole way .

After an hour we reached our future house , it was a nice house and a big one me and Dad chose it . I decorated the whole house I only let my dad decorate his own room . ( He has the weirdest tastes which did not suit me .) The living room had black couches and a nice brown table in the middle . My room was blue for some reason Ive always liked the color .As we put our things inside to put it away in its places.

''Welcome home baby .'' Dad said coming into my room hugging me from my back and putting his chin on my head , and I 'put my hand on his , '' Here we go .'' I said smiling .
