Izzy's POV
I woke up in Jake's bed, not feeling any headache or feeling really warm. I sat up by myself and I was the first one awake. I think I am better. I slowly climbed over Jake as he was still sleeping on the floor. I put his duvet over him. I went down to the kitchen and made myself some breakfast."Hey Izzy! Are you feeling better?" Peter asked me as he came into the kitchen.
"Yes Peter. I'm feeling much better. No headaches, no throwing up, sneezing...*cough*...but I guess that I still have a cough." I exclaimed as I coughed.
"As long as you're not contagious then you're fine but let me take your temperature, just in case." Peter exclaimed as he went to go and get the thermometer and then Jake came into the kitchen.
"Peter! Have you seen Izzy??" Jake asked me, panicking.
"Hey Jake!" I exclaimed.
"Izzy??? What are you doing up and out of bed??" Jake asked me.
"I'm feeling much better...*cough*...well I've still got a cough." I exclaimed as I coughed.
"Well the doctor did say that you would have a cough for two weeks but you're feeling better." Jake exclaimed as I passed him, his bowl of cereal.
"And you made me cereal as well. You are feeling better." Jake exclaimed as he ruffled my hair. I smiled.
"I'm still going to check her temperature Jake." Peter exclaimed as he put the thermometer in my mouth and he took it out and we all looked at it.
"What does it say Peter?" Jake asked him.
"It says 37.5. Izzy, you're all better! You're no longer contagious." Peter exclaimed as I was excited and Jake hugged me.
"Yay! I'm all better!" I exclaimed as I was so happy.
"I'm so glad that you're feeling better Izz." Jake exclaimed as he continued to hug me.
"I'm glad I don't have to stay in bed for another week." I exclaimed.
"Well as long as you don't get sick again." Peter exclaimed.
"Oh I promise you that I won't be getting sick for a long long long time." I wanna exclaimed then we all began to laugh.
"Hey, what's with all the laughing?? Cubby asked us as he and Skully came into the kitchen.
"Izzy's all better! She no longer has the flu." Jake exclaimed.
"Yay!" Cubby exclaimed as he came running to me and hugged me. I hugged him back.
"You're all better! Now you can enjoy the Christmas season." Skully exclaimed as I giggled.
"Except I've still got a cough." I exclaimed.
"It's just cough Izzy. As long as it's not contagious then you're okay." Cubby exclaimed.
"Thanks Cubby." I said.
"Do you want to play Just Dance with me?" Cubby asked me.
"Sure!" I exclaimed.
"Don't you guys want breakfast first?" Peter asked us.
"Yeah, what are we having for breakfast?" I asked him.
"You're just having waffles and strawberries." Peter exclaimed.
"I'll help you Peter." Cubby exclaimed.
"I'm going to get changed." Jake exclaim as he left the kitchen.
"Me too." I said as I left the kitchen as well. I'm just so happy that I am all better. I can't believe that I couldn't move for a week. Me and Jake came downstairs to the kitchen and the waffles were ready and they looked delicious and crackers were there for Skully. Of course.
"Peter, this is delicious!" Jake exclaimed as we all sat down and ate breakfast. It was really delicious. I put syrup on mine.
"Jake, you can have your bed back now." I exclaimed.
"Actually Izzy, your sheets are still drying. So it looks like you and Jake will have to sleep together in his bed." Peter exclaimed.
"That's fine with me. I can use some company." Jake exclaimed.
"You get company from me!" Cubby exclaimed as I giggled.
"Yeah but you are always waking me up in an alarm and making me hit my head on your bunk." Jake exclaimed.
"Well you two can both your heads on my bunk." Cubby exclaimed.
"Okay, I'll sleep with you Jake." I exclaimed.
"Great!" He exclaimed as I nearly blushed. I'm sleeping with him. I'm sleeping with my crush. Do I lay my head on his chest?
"I'm done eating. Cmon let's play Just Dance." Cubby exclaimed as we finished breakfast and we all began to play Just Dance.
It was really fun. Me and Jake did some couple ones. Me, Jake, and Cubby played for three people. Then Peter joined in for the four people game. Then we all do solos.
"Okay, I'm tired. Let's just sit down." Peter exclaimed as he sat down and we all agreed with him.
"So Izzy, how was it lying in bed for a week?" Cubby asked me.
"Horrible, I couldn't move at all. I felt really weak and I was bored as well." I exclaimed.
"But you were mostly sleeping Izz." Jake exclaimed as he was right.
"You're right. I was mostly sleeping for most of the time." I exclaimed.
"You sleep like a baby." Cubby exclaimed.
"Hey!" I exclaimed.
"Cubby, she sleeps like an angel." Jake exclaimed as I smiled.
"Awww thanks Jake." I exclaimed.
"How did you guys figure out that I was sick?" I asked them.
"Well, we all jumped when we heard you sneezing." Cubby exclaimed.
"Yeah. I do sneeze really loud." I exclaimed.
"Then I ran upstairs to you and saw that you looked really sick and I knew that you were sick." Jake exclaimed.
"But how?" I asked him.
"You are always the first one up. And you always try to say that you're not sick, when we all know that you were sick." Jake exclaimed. He knows me too well.
"You're right. I felt really awful last week." I exclaimed.
"We know. We hated seeing you like that." Jake exclaimed as he stroked my hair.
It was nighttime and we were all getting ready for bed.
"Well Izzy, since you're all better. I need to go but don't worry I will visit as soon as I can." Peter exclaimed as he was about to go but I hugged him.
"Thank you Peter for helping me to become better." I exclaimed as he hugged me back.
"You're welcome. I'm glad you're better. Bye crew!" He exclaimed as he flew out the window.
"Bye Peter!" We all exclaimed as we all waved goodbye.
Me and Jake got into bed and we laid down.
"Have a nice sleep Izz. I'm glad you're feeling better." Jake exclaimed as he cuddled me into him as I smiled.
"Thanks for helping me to become better." I whispered as I fell asleep.
