I manage to pull everyone together into the computer room. We needed to pull aside these problems or work them out. Still, in the same clothes, I stood beside Damian and the rest semi circling themselves around us.
"Listen up. Guys, we need to stop this. We are brought here by our pasts. Why they make us so unique, special. We all have our pasts, our backstories who make us who we are today and how we all meet each other. But we all know that somehow the past always comes back to us, manages to catch up and give us one last fight. This, this is Damian's past and it catches up. So as a team we need to overshadow that past and help him if Damian your willing to let us join?"
He just nods his head.
"I guess your right, I mean it's been a year since the battle of Trigon," Rachel says "And that's my past,"
"You're right," Gar says
"Sorry, Damian. For that," Jamie apologises
I nudge Damian "I should apologise too. For shouting and retaliating I guess,"
"I'm sorry for doubting you as well," Donna says
"Yeah, same," Gar says
"So, we're all good?" I say
They all smile at us.
"Dames, can you tell us about them," I say
He puts up the hologram
"The demon's fist, a school of assassins presided by Ra al Ghul himself. They are brainwashed tools. All they know is violence. Their final task- before graduating into the league and becoming a full member- is to kill a target of their choice. They have mined databases, crunched algorithms and conjured prophecies before deciding on you. Someone they anticipate as a rival- a sun to their moon. They would never admit this, but to them, you represent everything good and hopeful that's been missing from their lives," Damian explains.
