"jaeden stop" i giggled as he jumped on my lap staring up at the screen playing video games in his room at 7pm. "um how about no i'm trying to beat this loser and ur comfy"
i just laugh and sit back on the bed headboard while he continues to sit on my lap while laying his head back on my chest. "cmon jae it's getting late" i say while running my fingers through his hair. "and so what i'm wanna beat hi- AHH NO" i started dying of laughter as he lost his game of fortnite. he threw the controller on the carpet floor and crossed his arms and huffed. "aw jae jae it's okay" i giggle rubbing his cheeks with my thumbs.
*ding*
"who texted u" jaeden said. "oh it's alex" i smile. alex is my boyfriend, we've been dating since last year. i met him at a party.
"oh cool"
"oh sorry bub i gotta go, alex wants to hangout"
"oh it's okay" he said sounding upset. he got off my lap and turned the ps4 off. "hey jae what's wrong". he smiles "nothing, just tired that's all"
he's was obviously lying but i didn't wanna upset him more by talking about whatever was bothering him.
"okay jae i gotta go now"
"okay bye sof"
"bye jae"
jaeden's pov:
i love her, i love her a lot. i have since i was 8 years old. it's been almost 10 years now. but i can't tell her that, she has a boyfriend, who she obviously loves more than me. but that's her boyfriend and i can't control that. my mom knows i like her, just she doesn't know how much. i really love her.
and seeing her walk out like that to go hangout with her boyfriend, hurt me. a lot.
her mom also knows i like her. and she's tried talking her out of dating alex, but he's way too good, he's sweet, and kind. and to her really cute, with an amazing personality.
angela's pov:
"bye bye sofia"
"bye angie" the young beautiful girl waved
*time skip* 7:30pm
"jaeden dinner's ready" i say walking into his room. i just see him sitting on the edge of his bed staring down at a polaroid picture of him and sofia when they were 15. rubbing it with his thumb.
"so u really like her" i say sitting beside him on the bed. "um yea" he said not looking up from the picture.
"hey it's okay, according to jenny she likes you too"
"okay mom no she doesn't!! so stop saying that to just try and make me feel better because it's not gonna work"
he stands up and walks down stairs.
he must really love her...
