A Small Beggining

~Rena was down to her last kitten, she had already given away her other two to good twoleg homes. But those two were asleep,this one was fully awake. The she-cat looked more like her,only she was a tortoises-shell like her father,but her kit was pretty,small,and energetic. Everything a twoleg wanted in a one-moon-old kit. Then she spoke.~
The Kit: *Confused* Mamwa? Whewe awe we gwoingw?
Rena: *Hesitant* Oh! We're ummm...going home of course!
The Kit: *Nervous* Bwut w-what abwout mwy swisswies?
Rena: *Hesitant* They'll... be there shortly...
The Kit: *Bouncing with excitement* WERWE GWOIG TOW HWAVE SWOOOO MWUCH FWUN TWOGETHEW MWAMA!!!!!!! Youw,mwe,and swisswies!
~She let her Kit ramble on for a while,thinking she had all the time in the world to be with her,she feed her,and rested along the way...then on a rainy day...they arrived.~
Rena: (Thinks: ...No...Already...Please I don't want to give her up! Maybe I could keep her,get her sisters back! We can still be together!........But my twolegs won't take me back. We would have to live out in the wild. With beasts,rouges,crazy weather.......I have to do it.) Cmon, we're here! *There was a sadness in her mew*
The Kit: *Happy* FWINNLLLLY!!!!!!!!
~They both padded to the big,wooded entrance, the Kit was happy,Rena...~
Rena:...Listen,little one. *There was a sadness in her mew, and she was trembling*
The Kit: Yews Mamwa?
Rena:...I...I lied. You aren't going to see your sisters for a while. *She was trembling, she was sad...and scared*
The Kit: W-W-Whawt? *There was visible confusion and sadness in her voice* W-Whewn wiwll I swee thwem agwain?
Rena: I-In a while... a l-long while... *Her mew was still sad*
The Kit: Awwwwwww...W-Wewll at weast Iwll hwave YOUW w-with mwe! *She smiled*
Rena: ...N-N-No l-little one...I w-w-won't be w-with y-you... *Her mew was sadder now,and she was trembling a lot*
The Kit: W-Whawt dwo youw mwean? *She mewed confused and slightly scared*
~Rena could hear movement from inside the home. She knew she had limited time before they heard the meowing. Quickly,she wrapped her daughter up in a hug,and she began to cry.~
The Kit: M-Mamwa?...
Rena: L-Listen... *She pulled her daughter out of the hug and looked her in the eyes,still crying and trembling* I want you to know that me and your sisters won't be with you on y-your journey. B-But I want you too know that wherever you are or how old we get,that we will always LOVE YOU. I want you too r-remember that,always remember that.
The Kit: *She was looking at her mother in confusion, but in a happy tone said:* Owf cwouwse Mamwa! Iwll alwayws wove youw awll toow! *And she smiled*
~Rena could hear movement from inside the twoleg home coming closer to the entrance. It was time.~
~Rena wrapped her daughter into one last hug. And through her tears,said her final goodbye.~
Rena: I love you,my sweet,sweet baby. Remember what I've said...and always look up.
~Those were her final words to her kit...and then she heard the entrance start to open...then she ran. She ran away crying.~
~The Kit was watching her mother run away,she was now confused and scared,where was she going?~
The Kit: Mamwa?...Mamwa come back! Mamwa! MAMWA! MAMWA DONT GO! MAMWA! MAMWA! *She was yowling through tears*
~Rena could hear her baby yowling after her,but she didn't look back. She only ran and cried away. Now,alone.~
~The Kit was wildly calling out for mother through tears. But when a twoleg opened the door and saw the tiny kitten yowling,she scooped her up in her arms and started to rock her, the Kit was still yowling and tried to get away,but the twoleg had already closed the door.~
