The agents let Hotch know that they were on their way with Ember. A nurse helped them get Ember into the back seat of one of the cars they took, Ember had to lay down in the back to ensure that nothing touched her back. Reid had climbed into the back with her and had her head laying in his lap as he held an IV bag above her with her pain meds.

When they got to the precinct Blake Stone was the first person to greet the agents.

"You are seriously going to make her go in there." He said to Morgan as he approached.

"It will only be for a second." Morgan said with a sigh. J.J. and detective Blake were helping Ember get into the wheelchair as Reid put her I.V. bag on the metal pole attached. Ember had to lean forward slightly in the chair so nothing touched her back. Even with the strong meds a slight touch caused her pain. Everyone walked into the building, Reid was the one pushing the chair.

When they got in the building a round of applause could be heard upon sight of the young girl. Ember looked around and smiled softly at the officers. When they got to the conference room Blake let out a little laugh.
"I swear to god I told them not to do that." Blake told Ember as they got to the door closed.

"I believe you." She said in a quiet voice. "Where is he?"

"Are you sure you are ready?" Morgan asked.

"No, but I don't think I ever will be." Ember whispered. Reid gave her a soft smile before crouching down to eye level.

"You don't need to say anything to him, we will bring you in there and then take you right back out." He said, trying to reassure the girl.

"No, he will try to talk to me anyways right. I can play along. I tried to while I was there." She said looking into Reid's eyes. He nodded and then the agents walked her to where Henery was being held. She kept her gaze low as they approached.

"Hello Emberlynn, I am sure our agents already told you what we want you to do." He said.

"Yes, but I am going to talk to him. He may be more willing that way." She said meeting Hotch's eyes. He nodded then walked back into the room with Rossi.

"We brought Emberlynn here." Rossi said simply, Reid squeezed Ember's hand and then wheeled her into the room with Morgan following behind.

Henery instantly looked overjoyed as he looked at the girl in the wheelchair.

"Ember." He said in a loving voice. Ember flicked her gaze up to her kidnappers.

"Henery." She said quietly.

"What did you do to her!" He suddenly yelled making her jump.

"They didn't do anything." She quickly said. "It's from my meds."

"What do they have you on?" He asked. She felt sick to her stomach, he sounded like a loving person as he spoke.
"I am not sure. They said it was something for the pain." She said back in a quiet voice, the four profilers in the room had eyes firmly on Henery watching him carefully.

"Pain? What pain?" He asked.

"My back, and my wrists, mostly." Ember said looking away.

"You will never learn without a bit of pain though." He said, Reid's eyes flicked over to Ember. She was picking at her nails, he could see a bit of blood starting to come from her cuticles. He moved in front of the girl and grabbed her hands.

"Ember, do you want to go?" He said in a quiet voice. Ember looked into Reid's eyes, he could see how scared she was.

"No! You can't take her away from me!" Henery screamed.

"Why did you kill my mom?" She said looking over to Henery. There were tears forming in her eyes, but she needed to know.

"She wouldn't answer my questions. She said she didn't even know you. What mother forgets their own daughter. You said it yourself that she said that you were her spark." He said huffing in his seat.

"She has - had Alztimers, she couldn't remember who I was." Ember whispered. Henery's face twisted in shock. "That is why I was here."

"No, you're lying to me! Ember you don't lie!" He yelled angry.

"You said it yourself Henery, I don't lie. My mom was an innocent person, and like those seventeen girls you killed them." She said. All of the guys turned their head to look at Ember, they knew she knew it was only sixteen.

"It was sixteen! I killed those sixteen girls! For you!" He yelled. Then it clicked in the agents heads.

"I know." She whispered. She then looked at Reid. "Please get me out of here."

Reid nodded and Morgan opened the door. He turned the chair around and wheeled her out as Henery yelled and cursed Emberlynn out.
