~A few weeks later~

Garroth's POV:

We are finally home from Starlight Wonderland! Everyone is excited to see Dante and Laurence again. Vylad is planning on coming over next week when we give everyone an explanation of what happened from the lodge up until now. I'm carpooling with Lucinda, Kim, Zane, and Kawaii~Chan on the way home. Aaron, Aphmau, Travis, and Katelyn are in a different car.

As we near Lover's Lane, I feel someone nudge my tail. I look over at Kim. "You have to hide your ears and tail before we see Dante and Laurence remember?" Oh right! "I forgot. Thanks Kimmy!" She blushes slightly before fidgeting with her necklace again.

I remember it is magic but I don't remember what it does. It looks different now that I think about it. It used to be a gold color with a star design. Now it is a silver color with a moon design and tiny gems. The gems alternate between blue and red. Lucinda probably just made her a better version of her old one so it looks different. 

I quickly hide my ears and tail as the car pulls into Aphmau and Aaron's driveway. A minute later, the other car pulls in. Once everyone is out of the cars, Aphmau comes over to me. "Hey, Garroth? Wanna go play video games at your house? We both know you have the best ones." I nod. "Sure Aph! Let's go!"

My POV:

The two people from before are in a living room, but this time there is a second female. There is enough light to get a general idea of what they look like. However, I am not telling yet because this is the first chapter.

The male is looking at the new woman. "How did you find out?" The lady shrugs. "I snooped. She is like my little sister so I feel like it is my job to know what she is up to." Her voice is smooth and almost seductive. The male sighs. "Nobody was supposed to find out so please keep this to yourself. We could have problems if more people knew when we don't want them too." Both ladies nod and get up to leave.
