                                                  Ingredients.
Milk. Chocolate. Southern Comfort. Cream.
                              Method.
Take a big pan of full fat creamy milk.
Bring it nicely to the boil.
Keep it simmering.
Don't let it bubble over.
                              Add two nice big round, firm, heaped scoops of chocolate.
Take the spoon and plunge it in deep.
Stir the hot mixture till it's well blended.
Pour the hot frothy blend into a deep, wide cup.
                              Add two thick fingers of So Co.
Or some hard rock candy.
Add cream to stiffen the mix.
Sit back and drink deeply.
