It was Saturday, the day of the winter formal, and Haseul couldn't be more excited. She had spent the whole night yesterday pampering herself with her sister, and found a dress from her sister's closet that fit her. Although the she was still sad about not being able to have a dress of her own, in her own style, Haseul hoped she could make it work.

Both girls were doing their makeup in Hana's room, deciding the best way to pass the time was to gossip about the boys.

"Come on Hana, you're seriously telling me you've never had feelings for any of them?"

"What? No..." Hana avoided eye-contact with the younger, denying any accusations made against her.

"Wow, you won't even tell your own sister," Haseul tried guilt tripping Hana into telling the truth, and the method was honestly really effective. It didn't take too long for Hana to give in.

"Okay fine. To be completely honest, in middle school I liked Hyunjin, but now I think I like Jisung."

"You've liked multiple?"

"I mean not at the same time," Hana tried to defend herself, "and can you blame me, they're all pretty cute."

Their conversation ended there, and unsurprisingly Hana didn't ask about Haseul liking any of the boys. Hana knew how the boys saw Haseul, so she didn't think there was any point in asking. At least that's what Haseul told herself.

She couldn't stop thinking about how her sister has liked more than one of the boys.

"Does that mean she's liked Seungmin before or will end up liking him in the future?" Haseul was thinking to herself before she was interrupted by a knock on the door.

"I'll get it," Haseul got up from her spot on Hana's floor to answer the door, seeing a familiar face on the other side.

"Hi!" Seungmin tried his best to wave at the girl while holding a tray of boba in one hand and what looked to be a dry cleaning bag in the other.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Haseul questioned, opening the door more to make room for the boy, "Shouldn't you be getting ready?"

After walking in, Seungmin placed his stuff on the counter, "I came to give you guys some drinks, but I guess you don't want any..."

"What?! No, give it to me," Haseul lunged for the tray, but Seungmin was quick to bear hug the drinks placed on the counter. Haseul tried to reach around him, but ultimately ended up back hugging the boy.

At least it was a back hug, until Seungmin turned around to push Haseul so she was leaning against the island in the middle of the kitchen, trapped in between his arms.

The two were stuck in what seemed to be a staring contest, with both wondering who would break first, when Hana walked into the living area.

"What is with all the noise..." She looked at the two, Seungmin who had already moved himself to the other side of the kitchen, and Haseul who was still in shock, standing next to the island.

"It's nothing," Seungmin chuckled, "Haseul just wanted to fight me for some boba."

"Omg, you brought boba?! This is why you're my favorite," Hana exclaimed while hugging the boy.

Haseul couldn't help, but be slightly jealous of her sister's ability to be that close to Seungmin. On the other hand, she also couldn't stop thinking about what happened a couple of minutes ago.

"Did he get that close to me on purpose?" Haseul thought to herself.

"Well I have to go, I just came to drop off the drinks, but I found that on the doorknob," Seungmin pointed to the dry cleaning bag that was placed on the counter, "It says Haseul's name on it."
