"FIGHT ME, HONEYDEWWW!!!"
It was three in the afternoon and more or less, this wasn't the statement Shoto was expecting to hear when you called him after class today. He was on his way to his room when he felt his phone buzzing on his pockets and him picking it up immediately. "You don't even have a quirk..." Shoto had a confused expression on his face and the way you groaned on the other line scared the male. "I don't caaaare!" you whined as you pouted, laying on your bed.
"What has gotten into you today?" Shoto chuckled opening the door to his room and walking inside, placing his bag down on the side of his table. "I'm not sure..." you admitted, letting out a small sigh as you huddled on your blanket, feeling its warmth wrapping around you like a burrito. "I'm sick..."
"You're sick? Like, fever?" Shoto's tone had a pinch of concern on it which made you slightly smile despite your condition. "Yeah, I also have a cold..." Shoto's eyes widened and his brows furrowed. "Aw, poor thing."
"I am not a thing, honeydew!" You pouted, blowing out a gust of wind through your nostrils. "I want to go out today and buy ice cream... and fight you!" Shoto smirked, laying down on his own bed. "No, you are not going out and no, I am not fighting you. What the hell?" The female grumbled on and on about wanting ice cream and fighting him causing Shoto to stand up and grab his pen and paper, writing shit down.
He walked down the hall to the girl's side and looked for Kyoka's room. He knocked on the door twice before seeing Kyoka's smaller frame opening the door. Shoto handed her the note and started to walk back to his own room to change into some casual clothing. Kyoka's eyes scanned the note and smiled as it read;
Get changed, we're getting (your name) some ice cream.
"Why did you have to bring me along again?" Kyoka smirked as they walked down the sidewalk to your home. Shoto let out a small grunt as he looked away, his hand's grip tightening on the plastic bag containing some medicine and ice cream. "I don't know where she lives and you're like... her childhood best friend, are you not?" Kyoka shrugged in defeat and smiled at the red and white-haired male.
When they were finally at your front door, Kyoka had to literally pull Shoto along because he said it feels like gravity has pinned him down to the Earth. Kyoka was still tugging on his jacket while he froze his feet on the spot. "Shoto... do you want to see her or no? We can just give the ice cream to her parents and go back to UA," Kyoka crossed her arms on her chest, tilting her head and furrowing her brows. "Make a decision, quick!" Shoto took a deep breath as he unfroze himself and walked closer to Kyoka, staying behind her.
Kyoka knocked on the door three times before your mother opened up, gasping in surprise to see your best friend. "Hi, mom!" Kyoka greeted her with a bow. Your mother had allowed Kyoka to call her mom because of your closeness and because she has spent a lot of time with you your whole life. The two of you were clearly inseparable and even with Kyoka studying in UA, she still had time to talk to you like before. "Is (your name) inside?"
