[Are you ready for me trying to write angsty shit, or something i dunno]

"Josuke," Okuyasu mumbled under his breath, looking down.

"Wait a minute Koichi," Josuke turned to his other friend, "What's up Oku? Ya' look down."

"After we drop Koichi off," he sighed, running a hand through his hair, " Can we go to your place and, uh, talk?"

Josuke gave him a puzzled look, "'Bout what?"

"It, um, personal-- l-look, don't worry 'bout it 'till we get to your house, ok?" Okuyasu flashed Josuke a quick smile, which was reciprocated by the other right away.

"Sure thing, bro!"

Okuyasu nodded and returned his gaze to the pavement they were walking on.

-They drop Koichi off at his house, then start walking to Josuke's house. After they get there, they go up to Josuke's room-

"So, what did you wanna talk about?" Josuke asked, taking off his jacket and replacing it with a random hoodie.

Okuyasu sighed heavily, "Josuke, answer truthfully, please," he sighed again, "Am I-- am I ugly?"

Josuke's bright smile left his face, his eyes widening a bit, "What?"

"I said, am I ugly?" the shorter boy repeated, tears welling up in his eyes. He didn't understand why he was crying, Josuke hadn't even responded.

"Oku, Oku, look at me," Josuke knelt in front of Okuyasu, placing a hand on the boy's trembling shoulder, "Who told you you're ugly?"

Okuyasu sniffed, "N-No one told me. I-It's just you get all th-the girls 'n stuff because y-you're so handsome a-and no one--" he sniffed again, "no one wants t-to go out with me and not a s-single girl likes me...," he rubbed at his watery eyes.

"Oku, am I no one?" Okuyasu shook his head 'no', "Is Koichi no one?", he shook his head again, "Right, so you can't say no one likes you. You're the most lovable guy I know. You aren't ugly, you're the actual opposite. You're perfect. Okuyasu, I don't even like girls, it's annoying when they surround me 'n shit. God, I sounded like Jotaro. My point: Oku, you're perfect, you're the best person I've ever met, you aren't ugly, don't let  some girls drag you down," Josuke finished, sitting cross-legged in front of the sniffling boy.

Instantly, Okuyasu felt better, but against his will, the tears he's been trying so hard to hold back spilled over his waterline and onto his cheeks. Josuke raised a perfectly arched eyebrow, "Bro, are you okay?"

"Y-yeah," he looked up at Josuke, "Happy tears, man, just happy t-tears."

Josuke smiled and pulled Okuyasu into a hug, rubbing his back, "I don't want to hear that you're ugly ever again, especially coming from you."

The sobbing boy didn't answer, but hugged back tightly.

Tomoko, Josuke's mom, opened the door, "Josuke, Oku, dinner's-- oh, do you two need another moment?" Josuke nodded. Tomoko smiled, "come down when you're ready, boys," She closed the door quietly.

[I dunno, this seems like a lame place to end it :/ I might make a part two, if anyone bothers to read these]
