Adofo had often spent his weekends like this, just working in the small cafe of the city. He didn't really mind of course since he liked to keep himself busy. Even Pinkie liked to work there, as she had the opportunity to show off her baking skills. Yang and Ruby enjoyed it as well since they liked to talk to people, and if there was one thing they liked it was gossip. On most weekends, Tyrian would stop by for study sessions with his sister and leader, since he needed help to catch up on his studies.

Though today, it had been different.

"And done!" Pinkie said as she just finished an order; she handed over the cake to the table.

On break Ruby and Adofo sat with Tyrian at one of the booths, helping him out with some equations; Though Tyrian looked to be in his own world as he had his gaze out the window.

"Okay..." Ruby as she was writing down what he had to do, "... You're gonna wanna want to multiply the numbers here..."

"Mmmhmm..." Tyrian said as he was only half paying attention.

"Then move the decimal four spaces afterwards to find its place..." Ruby soon added.

"Yeah..." Tyrian said again.

"But don't forget to add the square root!" Adofo added, "That's the most important step of all!"

"Oh right..." Tyrian said, "Add the circumference, or... Whatever."

Ruby and Adofo soon noticed the look on Tyrian's face; Pinkie noticed this too as she approached their table.

"Hmm?" Pinkie said, "Seems to me Tyrian's in his own world!"

"Hello? Earth to Tyrian?" Adofo soon said.

Tyrian didn't answer as he appeared to be staring at whatever had been outside.

"Tyrian bro?" Ruby said as she poked him a little not getting a reaction, "Are you okay?"

"Should I peck him?" Zeo asked

Adofo bonked Zeo on the head at this as he said to his bird, "Shut it or I'll make you into Chicken fajitas.."

Pinkie soon asked as she pinched Tyrian's cheek, "I think he's broken."

"Hmmm he's not sick.." Adofo said after feeling his forehead.

"I don't get it." Ruby said with a shrug, "I've never seen him like this."

Adofo soon noticed where he had been looking. Just across the street was a grocery story with outdoor fruit stands for people to look at when they walked by. There he noticed a familiar girl with black hair that had been tied back having only one arm and a single eye; an eyepatch covering the other.

She had been helping out a customer, getting what they needed with a warm smile on her face. He soon noticed the look in Tyrian's eye as he watched the young girl soon pet a husky on the head when it came up to greet her.

"Say isn't that the new girl, Elise over there?" Adofo asked.

He didn't get an answer from Tyrian, though Ruby and Pinkie soon noticed the girl across the street. "I think it is." Ruby replied, "I guess she works there."

Pinkie soon said with her head cocked to the side, "say why is Tyrian looking at her like...Oh my God.." Pinkie drew up her conclusion as she asked. "Tyrian! You're in love aren't ya?!"
