Worth Nothing

I looked down upon the deep depths of water, wind blowing me as the cold chill trickled down my spine. I thought, "Why?". I knew that I was in between two walls of life and death. Is it worth it? Yes. People wouldn't understand. No one.

As I tiptoed to the edge, the wobbling feeling came across. But it is full with excitement. It gives me this adrenaline rush. "One step and it'll be all over," I thought to myself.

The next second, I was flying like a bird. Wind gushes over me with tremendous force. Flashbacks playing through my mind like a whirlwind.

"What are you doing?! Stop tickling me!"

Laughters everywhere as I thought of the things we've done. His beautiful smile came across with his deep piercing eyes.

"I love you," he said as he slowly lean in and kissed my forehead.
"I love you too, so so much." We intertwine our fingers and lay together with the rhythmic beating of his heart.

Tears trickled down my face of the wonderful times we had together. Doesn't it mean anything......to him? Nothing, all the times we had spent together are merely lies, lies, lies......

"What do you mean that it was all fake? Please James, stop playing jokes, yeah? I'm scared......"

I still remember like it was yesterday. Do you know it hurts so much? You wouldn't understand because to you, it was nothing.

I thought that there was finally someone out there who would love and care for me. I guess it was all my imagination. In the end, I blame it on myself. I'm sorry. I'm sorry I was a nobody. I'm sorry I wasn't the girl you wanted. I'm sorry I believed in all the 'happily ever after'. And I feel sorry for myself to have fallen in love with you.
