NARUTO's POV

I kissed her. Again and again while taking a shower and if I wasn't believing that the first should be given on the first night of newly weds.. damn i would have taken her by now

"Could you put the shampoo on my head?" I asked her

"Geez... your acting like a child" she said but still did it. She was massaging my head with it and it was really soothing

"Hime... you know, i never imagine a day like this would come, where we're sharing a shower or just anything... i... i was giving up" i honestly said

I have to be honest with her, since this incident proved that we lack communication. I have to tell her everything on my mind and she has to do too

"Same here. I never thought something like this.  We now have a second chance to fix this... and i hope we don't give up with each other" she said as she steadied the shower head to mine

"Hmm... now want me to clean you up?" I offered and she covered herself

"No thank you" she said and i just laughed at her

"Come on, we've seen and touched each other's body... cleaning wouldn't be a problem would it?" I asked jokingly

"E-even so.." she said and was blushing

"You're really beautiful" i said as i was taken by her beauty

"Oh... and there was something i'd like to ask" i said as she was scrubbing herself and u was just sitting beside her

"What is it?" She asked as she drenched herself with water

"Well... you know the other day? When we almost did it?" I started and she blushed again much redder than earlier

"W-what about it?" She shyly asked

"Well... you know our neighbor? That girl when she moved in and gave a pie?"

"Y-yeah..."

"I was wondering... why'd you suddenly jump to me that day... i was taken aback by your action, you were suddenly gentle that day" i said scratching my whiskers

"Ah that day... shion was it? The girl next door? Well... to explain everything, a day earlier when you went to Nowhere, i actually followed you there... and i really misunderstood, i thought you were planning to migrate somewhere with Honey and i was still following you till you drop her off somewhere, and decided to go home and i couldn't help it, i cried that night. a few hours later you came home without your keys, and when you grabbed my hand and hugged me, i just felt like somewhere inside there was still the Naruto that loved me... then the next day i felt like i was dreaming, seeing you slept soundly while hugging me and kept saying my name, i knew I wasn't wearing anything under, but it slip out of my mind when the door rung, when you said you were going to see it, i noticed my clothes and then yours, you were just wearing your boxer, so i thought what if it's a girl and saw your body, i-i got j-jealous and did that.. heh" she explained as we finished our shower

"And i was right, it was a girl" she said and wore one of my shirts... she didn't wear her bra...

"Are you sure that's what you're wearing? Aren't you going to work?" I asked her

"Well i requested to finish my 1 month leave, which is a week left and luckily there wasn't anyrhing major happening at the Hospital so they let me, what about your work?" She asked back

"Well... i got s-suspended... for a week" i said a little embarrassed

"Wow... for the first time, Jiraiya did something good" she said sarcastically
