The Memories

Altea, about 10,000 years ago 

King Alfor looked at his old friend. "Hello, dear Balier (made-up character). I have an extra pod since 2 are occupied by my daughter and her advisor. I know we have been friends for a long time and I figure that you might need this, but this is a ESL pod." Balier looked at Alfor, confused. "What is that?" Alfor smiled. "Well it stands for 'Emergency Space Launch' Pod. If you have someone who you feel would be launched out to space to stay away from Altea, put them in here." "Ok, I will choose my newborn son." Alfor smiled. "Does he have a name."

Balier shook his head. "No, but I know a planet to send him on. The solar system in the X-9-Y quadrant. The Galra have not been to that system yet, and the singular planet with life there... I want for my son to land there." Alfor looked at the pod and then back to Balier "You mean Earth?  It's a long way there, and apparently, according to legend, they are not primitive like the Galra says, and they actively search for alien life when it's actually galaxies away. They might find the pod, so I'll have to do something to your son." 

He looked at the son, which is Lance. He then sent some of his Quintessence into Lance's mouth, and he glows and transforms into a human. "He'll be disguised as a native there. He'll be a great warrior for Earth."

Lance woke up, coughing, and wondered if the dream was real. He shook his head and went to sleep again.

Earth, about 15-18 years ago 

"Are you sure, Krolia?" John (I feel like Keith's dad is a John) asked. "Will it work? I mean, this is our child we are talking about." Krolia smiled, while holding a brightly-colored potion. "I stole this from a Druid when I found the Galra warship on Saturn. It apparently turns you into the species of your other parent, if you are born a hybrid." John looked flabbergasted. "Will it be permanent?"

Krolia (for once in her life) stopped smiling and thought. "It might on one dose, but if we continue feeding him it in his formula, he'll change." She grabbed a baby Galra (who was Keith) and told John "John, we can never tell him in his life." John smiled. "Don't worry, he won't".

Keith woke up crying. He never knew about this secret. And his mother never told him. He was angry and in his anger, scratched the walls and went back to sleep.

-------The Next Morning----------

Lance woke up to brushed his teeth. He noticed that the water was splashing everyone. "Jesus, the plumbing here is terrible!" He then felt very, very, cold.

He then went to Keith's room to play a prank on him, but stopped when he saw Keith's room, all banged up. He then noticed something: Keith felt really, really, hot. Lance thought that was very weird. He touched Keith and then, everything went black.

***The Blue and Red Lions were very close to each other on what seemed to be a platform with the other Lions. Black and Green was roaring at each other. Yellow was whimpering, and Red and Blue were ...nuzzling??!! Lance then looked at his left, to Keith, holding hands with him?! Keith smiled. "Just like us, huh, babe?"***

Lance woke up blushing. "That didn't make any sense." He then looked at Keith's abs. "Oh god, that didn't make sense either." Keith then (of course) had to wake up at that moment. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING, LANCE??!!" Lance casually blubbered and ran. 

Then he noticed the frost coming from his feet.

(EDIT: TL;DR? Well, Lance is adopted, Keith has family secrets, Lance got lion vision and came gay for 4 seconds then he now has ice powers)
