How did I get here?
Her glittering smile catching my eye,
My heart leaves my chest,
Nestled
safely in
her
hands,
I turn away,
His kind eyes bore into mine,
My heart splits,
A half,
running
into
his
Waiting arms.
I'm stuck in between, Silence holding me,
How did I get here?
My poor heart.
