Good Riddance Part 2

Chase's Pov

I begin writing the report on Eriyani, as I'm writing I hear someone open the door. I expect to see Oliver or Kaz but instead I see Y/n who nervously walks into the room. I turn away from the report and face the mysterious girl in front of me.

"Hey what are you doing in here?" I say in a soft tone as if I was any louder I'd spook her.

She glances towards me and smiles a bit, I could feel my face turn red as she opens her mouth.

"H-hi Chase sorry for interrupting you, I just don't know how to work the elevator again, I'm really sorry-" She stops rambling as interrupt her.

"You don't need to say sorry, you just don't know forgot to work it, it's really no big deal, Y/n," I say scratching the back of my neck.

"Oh uh, t-thank you!" Y/n says a bit louder.

"No problem," I say looking away. 

"What is this what happened to all my confidence I'm the smart man in the world yet I don't have a clue what to do with girls!" I thought walking with Y/n.

Y/n had her hand behind her back and kept pulling at her hoodies sleeves. She seemed nervous. As we walking down the stairs I saw Eryani eating a small salad and scrolling though her phone. We reached the fire place, and I heard Eriyani in the corner cackling like some goat dying.

I pushed the button and opened the elevator, we both walked in and were met by the two faces I didn't want to see.

"Chase there you are!" Kaz shouts in my ear.

Oliver grabs me from where I was standing, and they both lead me to what they were working on. I look behind me to see Y/n somewhat panicking and look around wondering what to do.

I felt bad so I reeled both my arms back, and stopped them.

"Chase what are you doing?" Oliver asks.

"Let me go help Y/n first she still kinda new with the place," I say walking back.

"OOH SOMEONES GOTTA CRUSH!" Kaz and Oliver both say at the same time.
