Ever since Kakuzu was turned into a kid Hidan couldn't go and kill anything. Until one day Pein called him to meet with him. Hidan was very bored and wanted to sacrifice something to Jashin, but he couldn't well not yet at least. He was think in of sacrificing a member if he didn't get out soon. Hidan walked into the meeting room and Pein looked at him " Hidan I got a mission for you and it involves lots of sacrifices for your god only one thing is bad" he sighed but continued "you have to take Kakuzu and don't try to do anything cause I told Kakuzu he could rip your head off if you do" Hidan pouted, but sighed " Ok" he got the info on the mission before leaving. Hidan waited in the front of the Akatsuki base for Kakuzu. When he finally showed up Hidan looked him over. Kakuzu was wearing a miny Akatsuki cloak which made him look more adorable.
