"Daddy!"the little girl screeched,Higher!! Higher!! She said. In the background her mother laughs loudly making the little girl stare and wonder what a blessing it is to be with them.
Mommy! Mommy!! Come catch us your on my team this time,daddy cheats a lot the little girl uttered, causing her Father bellow in a throaty chuckle.

Oh do i, said her Dad stalking closer to her the girl shrieked causing her mother to wince with a laugh, as the girl stalks back her father pounces on her mid air changing into a car in burning inferno causing the little girl to scream.
Arrrgggghhhh!!!"i woke up with tears streaming down my eyes, only to find out its only a dream banging on the door snaps me out of my dreaded state, getting up and opening the door only to find our family dog Gus waiting with his big worried eyes looking up at me,he rushes in and pounces on me leaking my face making sure i am ok,

"Come on here boy let's go to bed" I said, Gus happily agrees strutting proudly to my bed and gets settled to his comfort and stares at me waiting for me to come in, obliging and getting nestled into my bed and quickly i zoom off.

Waking up for the second time today to the smell of buttery eggs and vanilla scented pancakes,strutting to the kitchen with my nose in the air behind me is Gus
I see my Aunt Lena flipping pancakes skillfully.
Good morning darling, how was your night ",She said just noticing my presence but i can see the lingering worry confirming my suspicion of her hearing my screams of last night even though at this point it isn't a secret that i have nightmares of that night,An unwilling shiver erupts from me just remembering that dreadful night.
Settling on "Eventful"as my response she sees my refusal to talk more on the topic,good!
Are you hungry", She said deciding to change the topic with a loud YES from both Gus and I, well from me and from him just a happy bark.
My aunt laughed and served us food i ate heartily wiping my mouth, just noticing the absence of my wonderful cousin i was about to ask my aunt about her whereabout when i heard mumbling,turning around there stood my grumpy cousin Louisiana,she's not a morning person.
"Welcome back sleeping beauty"I said with an exaggerated bow earning a glare from Louisiana, even Gus didn't perform his doggy ceremonial greetings cause he's apparently smarter than I am".
Watching Louisiana downing her second cup of coffee the caffeine kicking in immediately she sit  next to me smiling now,(moody much)she greet aunt lena her mom as she drops her a plate of breakfast,and hugs me while smiling broadly and Gus decided to give his doggy greetings,smart dog.

Louisiana asked about her Dad and figured He went to work already then she starts babbling about the amazing dream she had (at least one of us had a good night). Blocking her out I  start  to think about how i need to find a job to take care of myself I cannot leave off their money for as long as I want and it's not as if they are Rich neither are they poor but they survive.
I snapped out of my daze to Louisiana shaking me, answering a yes,"Mom said we should go buy flowers to renew the vase and i have been calling your name what's wrong with you",She said with disdain
"I am fine just was lost for a minute, let me just get changed then we head off",rubbing Gus head i strutted straight to my room.
