It was in the middle of summer, where the heat of the July sun was scorching. In order to fight off the heat, people wore lighter clothes to make the weather a bit more bearable. While some were at the beach frolicking and others were working, taking advantage of the summer heat to sell cold goods and services that'll help alleviate the summer warmth.

It was a peaceful day.

Or it was supposed to be.

A sudden explosion was heard in the middle of the city, causing a complete chaos towards the people who were near the detonation.

Loud screams and cries were heard around the area. Citizens were panicking, trying to get away from the fire and wreckage that what was once a bank.

A masked man wearing all black emerged behind the smoke and embers. On his left hand, was a large duffel bag that were filled with stacks of money. His right palm is giving off small puffs of some kind of dark smoke, while the other was emitting a small series of sparks.

His eyes scanned his surroundings to look for a possible escape. He was so annoyed. If it wasn't for that damned bank clerk pressing the alarm, he would already had left with the money on hand without the attention he caused.

But it already happened, nothing he can do about it anymore. His top priority now is to escape. ASAP.

"Get your hands in the air!" He glances on the side, where a policewoman stands and points her gun towards him.

He raised his hands and turned towards the police officer, deliberately slow.

"Now, drop t-" Before she could finish her sentence, the masked man moved his left hand towards the woman, his palm already producing sparks. As soon as the spark reached the smoke that surrounded them, another explosion went off. It was strong enough to send the police officer flying a few meters away.

Hands still slightly raised, the man was also knocked back a few meters as well. But he was unaffected despite the fire caused by the explosion.

"Serves you right, you government dog." He spat hatefully as he shook off the dust from his shoulders.

He smirked, looking of the wreckage he caused, and pleased at the fire-resistant suit he wore. It wasn't cheap, but definitely handy. And most of all, he was glad he was an Elysian.

He turned around and proceeded to scramble away from the wreckage, lest more reinforcement arrives.

"Now, now, isn't it too cruel to do such a thing to lady?" A feminine voice called out. The masked man felt deja vu for yet again, he was stopped by someone.

'Shit! Who is it this time?!' He thought angrily as it was already the second time sometime tried to stop him. He turned around to look at the person who interrupted him. He was taken back by surprise. It was a woman, a hero at that. It was too late. A hero had arrived. And it was no ordinary hero, it was the number 1 ranked hero herself, Titania Nova!

Standing in all her glory was a woman with long silvery white hair and vivid azure orbs that were hidden underneath a white and golden mask. Her long white cape fluttering gently behind her back, giving her an even more heroic look. On her arms was the police officer, he'd previously blown away. She was unconscious, but safe.

The robber couldn't believe his luck. If it were any other shitty hero, he could fight and defeat them then ran off. But not this one. Titania is currently the best hero. Over passing the previous number one hero and her predecessor, Rigel Vega, by the young age of 18.

Sweat dripped down his forehead as he thought of the possibility of his escape. Meanwhile, Titania handed the unconscious policewoman to a nearby civilian who hasn't fled from the scene yet and thanked him before telling them to go to a more safer place. Titania thought to herself that she needs to apprehend the fugitive now, before he cause any more damage or worse, escape.
