Chapter 2 - Feelings?

It had been a couple of months since the last rainstorm and the rather... awkward encounter with Kirishima. But today there's supposed to be another storm. Some things have been changing, too. Recently Kirishima and I have gotten closer, he's truly one mesmerizing being. He's the only one I can see fit as an equal to me. We've been training together for awhile now and he's gotten stronger.
I looked up at the time before shooting up and out of my swivel chair.

Fuck!
I'm going to be late for training.
I had accidentally slept in late. Probably caused by the noise of Soy Sauce, Raccoon Eyes, Pikachu, and Purple Insomniac... All that was heard last night was them playing truth or dare and cheering for Dunce Face as he did something stupid. This morning I barely had time to toss on a new atomic tangerine hoodie and the gym uniform before I would be late. As  far as I could see, I was the only one in the hallway as I spun around the corner.
THUD
What the hell was that?
I looked up to assess what had happened. Oh god. It hit me like a ton of bricks about what had happened. I knocked down someone, while another person was passing. I blinked before realising who was involved. Kirishima was knocked down and Todoroki was passing. There were newfound books scattered around the hall. My ears picked up on a small "Ow" and a muttering of "Mother Fucker." I glanced back up to see Todoroki being the cause of the last thing heard. He walked away and got into one of the elevators.

"Ack, Sorry Kirishima. I was in a hurry."
I murmured, pushing myself off the ground and sticking my hand out to help him up.
"It's fine Bakubro! I could see why you were in a hurry, but Aizawa dismissed us to go back to our dorms as it's about to be a pretty rough thunderstorm."
As he spoke, I began to pick up his books, stacking them neatly in my arms as he finished. 8 books... Who needed that many?!

"Oh! Thanks! You're the best."
I flashed him a smile before looking him in the eye quickly.
"Let me help you get these back to your dorm."
"Really? I owe you one!"
He seemed oddly hyper today... I wonder why.

He sprawled out on his bed, exhaling as I sat the books down on the desk.
"Again, sorry for knocking you down, Kirishima."
I nervously scratched at the back of my neck, offering an apologetic grin.
"It's okay! I've told you this Bakugou!"
I turned around to leave, but something caught my eye, something... familiar... hanging out of Eijirou's closet. I took a step closer to the closest to examine what it might be. That's when something on the sleeve drew my attention in. The sleeve had "Katsuki Bakugou" written in cursive that was printed out in a shade of light coral.

"Um, Hey Kiri?"
"Yea?"
I snatched up the hoodie and faced him.
"Where did you find my hoodie?"
He looked shocked but tried to play it off as confused.
"I just got that one recently, we must shop at the same stores, huh?"

"If that's true, then why does this hoodie have my name on its sleeves and the tag says 'Custom made for UA's Katsuki Bakugou.' hm?"

"I got it for your birthday."
I nodded, looking down at his hand, then back up.
Twitches.

"Hah, very funny Kirishima. I can tell you're lying. You have two major tell tale signs of it."

"And what are those, Kat?"
"Look at your hand, it keeps twitching. It only twitches when you're really angry or lying."
"...Fine."

I groggily grabbed my phone after being awakened from someone calling.
"Hello?"

"Uh... Hey. Can you come pick me up? Something happened."
When I heard that, I got myself up, eyes widening.
"I'm on my way, where are you? What the hell happened!"
I growled, launching myself towards the wardrobe, tossing it open and grabbing two hoodies, along with some snug-fitting sweats, quickly changing as the person on the other line explained.
"I'm down the street, in one of the alleys near the tea shop. I tried breaking up a fight but activated my quirk a bit too late and got injured."

"Thank you."
As he said that, I burst out of my dorm, running down the hall and slipping into the elevator, impatiently tapping my foot as I was taken down to the lobby.
"Stay on the phone with me, okay? I'll be there in no time."

"Yea yea, I will."
He sounded quiet and tired. Hopefully it was just a quirk.
"Is there anyone else there?"
I made my way out of the dormitories, running across campus to the gates, unlocking it and weaving through the trees, going down hill.

"No, the one weasled away when I turned the aggressor around, who then left after a swift fight. Only one car has passed in the last five minutes, it's very dead over here."
I nodded slightly, trying to steady my breathing so I don't have to stop and lose the adrenaline that was now pumping through my veins.
"How are you feeling, Ei? Im almost there."

"Tired, trying to locate all the wounds and what not. They're large but not pierching any arteries, from what I can tell. One of them must've had an exhaustion type quirk."
He sounded like he finally was calming down from the enital panic.
"I'm around the corner, I'll be there shortly."
He gave off a small sigh before the call ended.
I rounded the corner and followed where my gut was leading me, picking up my pace even more when I heard grunts. There I found him, leaning up against one of the brick walls and holding what looked like fabric in his mouth.
"I'm here."
I panted, quickly falling to my knees to help in whatever way I could.

"From what I've found, They're mostly on my arms, face, and hands. It seems like I could've twisted my ankle as well, but I'm sure I can still walk."
I tilted my head before taking the fabric that had fallen out of his mouth, ripping it into long strips and tying it around what wounds I could, despite his protests.
"Let's get you back, Kirishima. You can stay at my dorm tonight."

"Thanks Katsuki."
He beamed, even through any pain he had, he could smile.
I stood up and put my hand down for him, pulling him up onto his feet.
"I have something for you to wear, since your clothes are now fucked..."
