(Chapter 1)Credence

It was pretty early in the morning.
Somewhere around 8.

I was sleeping comfortably in my Hammock(it's my bed, don't ask, long story) as the sun smiled on my face.
Feeling the warmth of the sun made me fall asleep even more until........

,,ERI WAKE UP!!!", I heard a blue headed boy say running up to my room slamming the door open.

I quickly fell off my Hammock screaming:,,VALT YOU SCARED THE LIVING SOUL OUT OF ME!".

Valt, my brother, rubbed the back of his neck laughing a bit:,, heh sorry about that. You know I didn't mean it like that".

I smiled:,,Yes I sure do know that. Anyways, why did you wake me up at this time? You know that I usually sleep till 9 or 10".

Valt looked at me with confidence twinkling in his eyes:,, I want to show you something really awesome today!".

,,Can't it wait?", I asked.
My brother shook his head:,, Nope. It has to be right now!".
I giggled a little:,,Alright, I'll go do my morning routine and I'll meet you downstairs. Sound like a plan?".
,,heh sure does! I'll be waiting downstairs then!", Valt gave me a thumbs up before running downstairs in excitement.

I rubbed my eyes and grabbed my red glasses, cleaning them with a tissue that I had on my night-stander.

As I got up, I went to the bathroom brushing my teeth with my yellow toothbrush. What can I say: yellow's my happy color.

After brushing my teeth I went inside the bathtub and screwed up my pants to my knees to do Abdest.

(and yes I'm Muslim but I only wear my Hijab when praying to Allah)

After the wudu I went back to my room and put my clothes on.

This is basically how my OC looks like.

I made my way downstairs where Valt was already waiting for me.

,,Here you go!", Valt said handing me a chicken salami sandwich. It's usually what I eat for breakfast and it's really tasty!

,,Thanks!", I said after grabbing the sandwich and stuffing it in my mouth.
,,Ready to go now?", Valt asked.
I nodded in response.
We put our shoes on saying goodbye to our mom and two younger siblings.

As we stepped out the door I emidietly turned to Valt and asked:,, So what's this thing you wanted to show me?".

Valt laughed:,,Aren't you curious?".
I nodded in response again:,, Of course I am! You should already know that y'know?".
He continued laughing while we made our way to the park.

Not many people were there, I mean it is 8 in the morning so most of the people are asleep.

As we made our way into the park I noticed a small twinkle coming from one of the bushes.
I was very curious to know what it was so I took a step closer to see what it was.

Valt then turned to me:,, Uh Eri? Where are you going?".
But I didn't hear him. My eyes were focused on that one twinkle from the bush.

As I came closer, I grabbed the twinkling thing from the bush and to my surprise it was a Bey!
I wasn't scared of Beys but I was scared of blading.

I was shocked and couldn't move. The bey had the colors red, yellow, grey and black.
In the Center of the Bey was a yellow Lion with wings and red Horns and eyes.

,,Woah!", Valt was surprised:,, that's one cool looking Bey!".

,,Shh!",I said:,, someone will hear you".
,,Oh sorry", Valt apologized.

I looked closer at the Bey wondering what it's name could be.

Suddenly a different Voice spoke into my head:

Credence

,,Valt did you hear that?", I questioned surprised.

,,Hear what? I didn't hear anything?", he answered.

The same Voice spoke once again, repeating the same Name again:

Credence

,,Cre......dence...?",I repeated.

,, Credence? Is that the name of the Bey?", Valt questioned.

,, Looks like it", I added.
,,Credence? Hm has an awesome ring to it!", Valt said excitingly.
I nodded:,, Sure does but, I don't know who'm it belongs to".

Valt looked at me:,, Well a Blader can't just loose their Bey. They care too much for them and want to become stronger as they grow! So either it was here all along or someone just hid it here for a good reason".
,,Hm",I added:,, good point".

,,You should take it!", Valt said.
,,WHAT?!",I screamed as I got up:,,T-t-t-t-t-t-t-take.......t-t-t-t-t-t-this...uh-uh-uh BEY?!
NO WAY!".

,,See this is why I brought you here! I want you to face your fear of blading!", Valt explained:,, I know that deep down there, you want to become the strongest Blader there is, but your just afraid of that!".

I looked at Valt, all shocked and I couldn't move a muscle.

Valt continued:,, And now you want to ruin this moment now where you can finally have your own Bey?! I wanted to give you Veltriac for facing your fear of blading, but since you've found Credence you can battle with him!".

I sighed:,, Look Valt, I know you want me to face my fear but-", I was quickly cut off by Valt:,, No buts, no nuts, no coconuts! Your facing your fear today! I know you can do it, I believe in you!".
Valt always knows how to make me smile.

,,Alright",I said:,, I'll give it a shot".

,,Alright!", Valt screamed excitingly:,, Let's get going the others are waiting for us!".

,,O-others...", I repeated.

,,Yeah! Now c'mon!", Valt said grabbing my hand, pulling me with him.

Credence was the only thing I could think about now.
A Bey lying around here in the park.
That's a little suspicious, for me ad least.
