Meliodas POV

Oh boy!!

First day of school, hope I don't die.

Oh wait.

I can't die.

So, long-story short, my dad- the demon king- made me go to a cross-clan school. AMAZING. What did he think he was doing? I've been homeschooled for... most of my life. And my dad thinks I can handle being in a giant school full of Giants, humans, Fairies, Druids, and Goddesses. Nope. Can't do that. He doesn't understand my social life- wait, I don't have one. I'm considered the "Emotionless" kid in my family, which made me a freak and isolated.

Anyways, I walked into the school, a false spark of worry in my eyes. My hair was covering my right eye, but I didn't mind. Navigating through the hallways, I made it to the courtyard, sitting at the fountain. Looking down at my feet, I took out my notebook and a pencil, writing down my current schedule. I didn't actually have to take classes until next week, since I don't know anything out a literal school, but it was nice to jot down things I need to know. Suddenly, I felt some powerful auras headed my way. Six, to be exact. Looking up, I saw a fist headed towards my nose. I blocked it with my hand immediately, then curled my fingers over it and twisted to the right, pretty much judo-flipping the person.

"Woah! He blocked Undead Ban's punch?" A boy said. I looked at the person and planted my foot on his stomach, the claws of my feet digging into him.

Wait, Claws?

I quickly morphed the dark energy into a regular boot. I wasn't wearing socks, but whatever. I must have put all of my concentration into that, because my eyes went dull again. Looking down at the guy, I noticed him glaring at me. "How'd you block my punch, kid?" He asked, grabbing my foot and throwing me off of the fountain, making my stuff fall to the ground. I dug my hands into the grass, stopping me from hitting the wall. "I presume you are Undead Ban." I said, in monotone. "What did I do to make you want to punch me?" He ran a hand through his teal-ish silver hair, then walked towards me. I put my hands in my pockets as he tried to uppercut me. I dodged it, then stepped to the side, getting on the ground and sweeping him off his feet. Getting up, I looked at the other five. "You his goons or something?" I asked, in monotone, as always. Turning to 'Undead Ban', I said, "Look, I don't wanna fight you." He got up. "Well, okay." Suddenly, one of the five charged at me with a battle hammer. She was human size, but judging by her aura, she was a giant. I jumped, accidentally somersaulting, and dodged her attack, as she was trying to knock me down, and landed in the grass. "Why're you guys trying to kill me?" I asked, then being answered with multiple daggers flying at me. I dodged each one, then grabbed another, throwing it back at the person, who was an orange-haired boy.

"Invade."

I turned, just as a pink arrow flew in my direction. I dodged it with ease. "I'm serious. Tell me. Why are you guys trying to kill me?" I asked again. The girl with a battle hammer looked at me as if I had asked her to take her skirt off. "We're testing your strength. You can stop holding back." She said, then swung at me again. I grabbed the hammer head, tossing the hammer- and the girl- behind me. Weirdly, only three people were attacking me. The other three were sitting there, watching. "Jack!" Multiple pink arrows flew in my direction, all of which I dodged. They came from a pink-haired girl- no, boy- who then summoned.. two bow and arrows? A spear flew in my direction, and I jumped, landing on the head of the spear. A pink wire-looking thing flew in my direction, and I jumped off the spear, dodging it. It came from 'Undead Ban'. "I'll only hold back because I don't want to kill any of you, Undead or not." I said, just as the giant- or, human-sized giant- swung her battle hammer from behind. I turned and grabbed the head, then forced it, with the girl, onto the grass. The last time I didn't pull my punches, things went bad, so I won't exactly fight these guys.

~{FLASHBACK}~

I looked at the goddess, who was obviously very prideful. He tried to attack me, just for stepping out of the Demon Realm. I dodged the attack. "Stop. I don't want to hurt you." I said, monotone. He laughed.

"As if you can even make a scratch on me!"

That was the biggest mistake he made.

In one swift movement, I punched him in the gut. He stumbled back, coughing up blood. Kicking him down, I repeatedly punched him in the face, and before I knew it, my demon had taken over. When I regained consciousness, All of the goddesses in a 10-mile radius were out cold, and the one before me was nothing but a torso and head, with the limbs scattered everywhere. I looked down at the body, and put a hand to his chest. His soul came  out of his mouth and I took it, feeling immense hunger. I was tempted to take a bite, but didn't. Instead, I set his soul free, showing false sympathy. "I'm sorry for killing you."

Yeah. I don't want that to happen. Not again. A dagger flew at me, and I caught it, snapping it in half. Everyone soon stopped fighting. "Thank you. Okay, let's answer questions. Sound good?" I asked. Ban walked towards me. "Sure. I'll go first. Why the hell are you speaking in Monotone?" I tilted my head. "Am I not supposed to. I always spoke like this." He rolled his eyes at my response. The girl with the war hammer spoke up. "Have you ever been to a real school? It's like you don't know the rules here.." I smacked my forehead. "Of course not. I've been home-schooled my entire life. Okay, now that you're all done, Let me ask you guys some questions." I said, then pointing at the girl. "How are you human-sized? Aren't you a giant?" She shrugged. "Merlin's magic." Merlin. I looked around, then saw a girl with purple-ish black hair and golden eyes. "...I know you." I said, and the others looked at me. "How do you know her? You just got here!" The girl with the war hammer said. "I... I just do. Anyways, introductions. I'm Mel. You guys?" I asked. The orange haired boy spoke.

"Oh, Call me King. The girl with the war hammer is Diane, That's Ban, obviously, The guy with the pink hair is Gowther, and that orange-haired guy with the glasses is Escanor. You already know Merlin." I nodded, then I turned to Gowther. That name sounds... Familiar. Walking towards him, I grabbed him by the collar and raising him. I heard Diane say, "What are you doing?" Ignoring her, I tightened my grip.

"I know you from somewhere, don't I."

Ban spoke up. "Ookay, Mel. Let him go. We were just testing you. We, uh.. Need a new member." Letting Gowther drop to the ground, I turned to Ban. I could sense his emotions go from normal to terrified. Perfect. "New member? For what, a fight club?" I asked, crossing my arms. "No, no. We're the seven deadly sins. We need a leader, Wrath, annd... You seem fit for the job." I stared at him. "How? How am I fit for the job? I didn't even fight you guys." I sensed a terrified aura from all members but Merlin. Diane spoke. "W-well, you're aggressive, that's something! Yo-you're arrogant, too!" I sighed. "Fair enough." She beamed, but she was still scared. That's good. "S-so... You in?"
