Chapter III: The girl

Y/N POV

I was running to the deck of the ship to where the girl was I running to her I could get a better view of what she looked like. She had pink and brown hair and had what looked like a white dress with pink sandals. Now I was right next to her and I started to shake her.

Y/N: Hey come on wake up.

She started to open her eyes which I was surprised that they where brown and pink and everytime they blinked they swapped colors.

Y/N: I'm glad your awake. Oh my name is Y/N who are you.

She started to do something with her hands but what's she doing I could guess what she's trying to say.

Y/N: You can't talk.

She than nodded.

Y/N: Oh I'm sorry.

She than did something singling that she was saying "It's ok you didn't know"

Y/N: So what's your name?

She then motioned me to follow her. After awhile we where on the beach she than started writing in the sand spelling-.

Y/N: Neo? Is "Neo" your name?

Neo: ( Nods )

Kai: Hey Y/N wait up.

I turned and saw Riku, Kai, and Zane running this way.

Y/N: Oh hey guys.

I turned and saw Neo hiding behind me scared.

Y/N: It's ok Neo they're my friends. Neo meet, Riku, Kai, and Zane. Riku, Kai, and Zane meet Neo.

Kai: Hey.

Riku: Hello.

Zane: Greetings.

Neo: ( Waves )

Kai: Aren't you going to say hi back.

Y/N: Kai she can't talk.

Kai: Oh sorry about that.

She than started to single saying " It's alright you didn't know" to Kai.

Kai: Um what are you doing?

Riku: She using sign language. Sence she can't talk she uses visual cues with her hands to communicate.

Kai: Oh I get.

Zane: I guess teaching you how to use a sword isn't going to be the only thing how to teach to do.

After introducing introducing the others to Neo she seemed to open up to them.

Y/N: Hey guys you want to do some sword fights?

Kai: Heck yeah! I could use the practice.

Zane: I think it could when we become hunters.

Riku: I agree.

Y/N: Sounds great what about you Neo?

Neo: ( Nods and Signs saying " I want to become a hunter when grow up as well" )

Y/N: Well me and the others are already in a team. We are TEAM KNDM! Hey Neo would you like to join?

Neo: ( Nods )

Zane: But there's usually four members per team not five.

Kai: Zane why be ordinary when you can extraordinary.

Riku: It would be interesting to have five people instead of four.

Y/N: Well Neo welcome aboard and I'll be your team leader!
