Chapter 13

"Leo, when can we tell them about us?" I asked him.

"I don't know!" He replied, slightly angry.

"Whoa Leo, take a chill pill. I thought you had this under control, clearly not." I told him.

"You thought I had this under control? NO ELLA I DO NOT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN!" He said, starting to shout.

"Leo, what the hell! So you just want us to carry on with this 'secret' forever? No, I can't do that." I replied, trying to stay calm.

"ELLA I DO NOT KNOW, I AM SCARED, I HAVE NO IDEA, I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I GOT INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH A FAN, BUT IT'S JUST FILLED MY LIFE WITH MORE DRAMA! I HATE IT!" He shouted.

I just stared at him, in shock. I got up and walked out the door, slamming it behind me. I went to the bathroom and locked the door. I then curled up into a ball and cried.

"He clearly regrets getting into a relationship with me, I just cause more drama. He hates it. He hates me." I mumbled, a tear escaping my eye and falling down my cheek.

Suddenly I heard a knock on the door but i ignored it.

"Ella...." I heard Leo say.

"Go away Leo." I told him.

"Ella, i'm not leaving until you open the door." He told me.

"What, so you can just tell me that i've ruined your life and you wish you'd never got into a relationship with me? Yeah thanks, i'll pass." I replied.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it. I was just angry." He tried to explain.

"Why? Why were you angry with me?" I asked.

"Open the door and i'll tell you." He told me.

"No." I replied.

"Ella, please. I love you so much." He said.

I didn't reply.

"Ella?"

I was silent.

"Ella! For fucks sake, i'm in love with you! I love you so, so much." He said.

I didn't say anything, just wiped the tear away.

"I'm just gonna sit here on the other side of the door and tell you how much I love you." He said.

"Go ahead, i'm still gonna be angry with you." I replied.

"Okay, Ella you are beautiful. Stunning, amazing funny. And I remember when you were just a fan and I remember when you would spam me with tweets 24/7 and guess what? I've read them all. And I loved reading them. I know about your suicidal past-"

I stopped and moved closer to the door.

"I know you didn't think I knew but I do. And I know that quote that kept you holding on. It was my quote. 'Don't kill yourself, i haven't found my princess. It could be you.' I remember saying that. And do you want to know something? I've found my princess, and she's you. You. Ella." Leo explained.

This made me cry even more.

"Leo, I thought you didn't know about all that. Why the hell did you go out with me if you knew I was once suicidal, that I've done stupid things."

"Because I love you. I don't care about all of that stuff, it's made you the person you are today, and that's the person I love the most in this world. You Ella." Leo explained.

I unlocked the door and slowly pulled it open to reveal Leo sat against the door. He saw me and stood up. He gave me a massive hug and instead of me pulling away like I planned to do, I just stayed still. I then turned away and wiped my eyes.

"El, why have you been crying?" He asked me.

"Because of you Leo, you idiot." I said, forcing a smile.

"I still find you attractive when you're crying." He told me.

I just smiled at him.

"Am I forgiven?" He asked.

"Maybe." I said quietly.

He pulled me into a hug and squeezed me tighter, then kissed me.

"Promise we'll never have an argument like that again?" He asked.

"Only if you promise to not be such an idiot." I replied.

"I promise." He replied, smiling at me.
