Dear Amalia,

Chapter 6

Yugo and Amalia sat in silence for a minute, it was nearly sunrise and they'd been sitting there for hours, with Adamai sneaking into the kitchen every so often. "So... Um...." Yugo began before getting hugged by Amalia. "Is... Is everything okay?" Amalia stayed quiet. "Amalia?"

"I just, need a hug."

They continued to hug until Adamai came downstairs. "Sorry to interrupt, but Yugo, Alibert wants you to go get bread because he still can't make any without burning it." He spoke.

"I could just make some." Yugo pointed out.

"Good point."

Yugo looked at Amalia, "I gotta go make bread now."

"Okay." Amalia replied as she got up, "I'll help."

"You don't have to."

"Well, I'm gonna." Amalia insisted as she walked to the kitchen.

"Oh boy..." Yugo mumbled as he followed. Adamai ate an api as Yugo and Amalia made some bread. "Amalia please be careful, you're gonna." Amalia yelped "... Burn yourself."

"Ow!"

"Ad, could you get some water?"

"Yeah sure." Adamai replied as he got up. "He tried to warn you." He joked as he walked past Amalia to get a bowl that he could fill with water.

"Yugo, your brother is being rude."

"C'mon guys, don't fight." Yugo pleaded quietly as he pulled the bread out of the oven.

"He started it."

"I did not, Yugo, your girlfriend's accusing me of something I didn't do." Adamai laughed, he pretended to be insulted as he brought a bowl of water. "Put your hand in the water for a little bit." Yugo turned very very red.

"Ad, can you please tell Alibert that the bread is ready."

"Yeah sure." Adamai shrugged as he left.

"I'm so sorry, I don't know why he's being so weird." Yugo began. "Is your hand oka-"

Amalia interrupted Yugo with a kiss. "My hand is fine, and don't apologize. You're not the one being a turd."

"Buh." Someone quietly said from the door.

"Chibi!" Yugo exclaimed as he spotted Chibi in the doorway.

"Grougal! Go get Adamai!!" Chibi shouted as he ran away. "To the secret hideout!!"

"Ah frick frack." Yugo mumbled as the little black dragon flew past the door shouting for Adamai.

"Secret Hideout?" Amalia questioned.

"Chibi and Grougal like to hide on the roof and say that it's their secret hideout, even though we all know where they go."

"And what's wrong with that?"

"Nothing, it's the fact that he told Grougal to get Adamai." Things being knocked over rang out from the floor above. "Here he comes."

Someone fell down the stairs. "Ow." Adamai grumbled as he hit the floor.

"Run."

"Why?"

"He's gonna be weird about it. RuN!" Yugo exclaimed as he opened a portal. "RUn!"

Yugo jumped through the portal, followed by Amalia, who vomited after reaching the other side of the portal. And so all through the town of Emelka, Adamai searched for Yugo and Amalia for the next few hours, until he found them hiding in a tree.
