I have wasted a good ten minutes on this damn quarter. Ugh. I wanted that Fanta man. Is Miranda them in here yet?

" CARMENNNNNN. " the voice says again. Man niggas already playing & I just started school here.
I finally look in the right spot and I see Miranda. She was with Desiree & 3 other niggas. One was lightskin & had a big nose. The other was brownskin & had brownish/blackish hair.
They were cute or whatever, but they looked like they were juniors or seniors. And the third boy was darkskin. I couldn't see his face tho.
" Hey batchesss! " I say walking over. Only Miranda & Desiree speak back to me.
" Y'all too good to say hey? " I say to the 3 boys. These niggas seem arrogant.
" Wassup. " the lightskin boy says.
" What's good? " says the brownskin boy. I was waiting for the darkskin boy to say something, but he just sits there.

" Im just sitting with Jay. " Desiree says.

" No. " Desiree says. But when she said no Jay said yes.
" It's a yes. " Desiree says smiling hard.
" And I guess you here with the lightskin boy Miranda? "

After I said that, everybody started looking at me like I had done killed the priest or some. I guess I said it very loud.
