Abilities:

Flame Burst: Can emit flames from any part of the body at any time (Flames can be as hot, if not hotter than, the sun.)

Fire Manipulation: Can manipulate your own fire and fire with in a miles reach. (Includes extinguishing.)

Ability Enhance: It can enhance hearing, smell, touch, speed, and strength.

Qualities: Have dragon lungs and scales that allow you to eat and breathe fire and to protect you from fire and lightning attacks.

Drawbacks: Flames grow cooler and/or fainting (If sudden or unexpected loud sounds occur, can cause temporary hearing loss, shouldn't last more than a minute or so.)

Devil's Eye/Satan's Sight~ The user's eye changes color depending on what stage it's in. 

1: The iris is red with a black silted pupil.

2: The iris remains red but the pupil turns into a circle with 2 other circles circling it.

3: The iris remains red while the pupil turns into a spinning star and covers most of the iris.

4: The entire eye turns red and the pupil becomes a circle that is being surrounded by 3 smaller circles.

5: The eye turns black and the pupil turns bright red

6: The eye remains black but the pupil is a bright red pentagram

Abilities: 

Power Boost: The eye increases all attacks by 2x the amount. (5x for stage 5 and 6x for stage 6)

Strength Drain: The user can drain strength from one or more targets and add that power on top of the current user's power. The effect lasts 15 minutes.

Speed Drain: The user can drain speed from one or more targets and add that power on top of the current user's power. This effect lasts 15 minutes.

Copy: The user can copy any fighting style and action a target does by looking at them with the eye.

Quirk Copy: The user can copy any quirk they see in action. The user can copy an endless amount of quirks and can combine a number of them. Copy lasts for 10 minutes.

Devil's Sight: The user can see through many objects with the eye such as: clothes, walls, people, and any sort of fabric.

Force Activate: The user can activate the eye forcefully even if it's covered.

Full Devil: Both of the user's eyes turn red and the full demon mode activates. In this stage the power of the eye increases by 5x the amount. Last for 2 minutes. (10x the amount for stage 5 and 15x the amount for stage 6)

Soul Control: The user can take control of one or more targets' souls by looking them in the eye and saying "Mine.". (Similar to brainwashing but target can't break from control. To break control say "Release")

Drawbacks: The eye constantly drains the user's energy. It will deactivate if covered by anything. Stages 4, 5, and 6 are temporary.

[So I know that I keep updating this part but I was doing some research and found that there is actually a quirk called Devil's Eye in the MHA universe and my facts are wrong, especially since they're mostly made up, but I'm going to fix it to fit the research. And Devil's Eye is way more complicated than I thought. I did add the soul control though.]
