Chaos wakes up on his Hospital bed, still groggy because of what happened. Bunny was sitting at the side of the bed. She was glad Chaos was awake. She explained that Mr. P left them behind. She also said that the doctor also worked for analyzing weird objects. The latest case was the serum contained inside the bottles. Unfortunately, the doctor ingested some of the liquid and became another monster. They start their search for ways to escape, while doing so, Chaos found a new puzzle, Key Cards. He wasn't sure why though, but he thinks that the man behind this is keeping a lot of secrets. They broke all the cases but they only found 2 test tubes, a gun with ammo, and a plank.
The duo search for more clues and discover the doctor's lab itself, they see 2 spots there, one specifically for the test tubes, and the test tubes should have some liquid inside for the spots to say the test tubes are valid. They know what to do, but their problems just hatched. Beary, the ex-doctor of the Hospital was at the doorway.
Chaos and Bunny ran and split up, each carrying a test tube. They both got the Purple and Green Liquid and put it on the spots. It worked and deposited a White Key. While their way out of the lab, Beary charged and shouted "DON'T LEAVE!"
Bunny, carrying the plank, ran, dodging Beary's attacks. Chaos, on the other hand, thinks that what Beary said was odd. But either way, he ran to the opposite side. Bunny already made the bridge to the exit, and Chaos used the White Key.
Just to their disappointment, they were really left behind. Mr. P left the Hospital via helicopter, just like they intended. On their way back inside the Hospital, Beary was no longer to be seen... Strange... They exited at the main entrance of the Hospital.
Bunny then remembered a conversation she had with Mr. P. He said he would hide in Tater City when an apocalypse happens. So they go to Tater City, or Chaos would call it Carnival for short.
On their way there, they still had to fix a train inside a Metro.
