**Just a little side story to the main storyline**
There was a bright light, a star. It was blooming like a flower in the night sky, in a place galaxies from here.
It was you. I was sure of it.
I knew you were always so difficult to get to.. it was a struggle to pull you down from the sky so I could hold you.
I always wanted to hold you.. but it would never happen.
You grew so beautiful as time passed, an extravagant masterpiece. I just couldn't breathe with how godly your being was.
How could I possibly grab your attention? I'm a useless peasant.
The god that you were would never see me in the crowds.. even if I were to be in the front row. I'm nothing special, I have no talent. Not like you.
When I had awoken the next day, the excitement and high I felt the previous night was completely gone. The spot next to me on my bed was still empty and cold as it always has been.
What I didn't know was that you were also cold and void of interaction, but less than me anyway. I've known about you for almost two.. maybe three years and I still don't know things about you.
Why do you keep things from others? I know it can be intimidating, but what if one is just a softie on the inside?
Who am I kidding. A peasant like me would never meet and interact with a god like you. You shall remain pretty on the pedestal you belong on, or the imaginary pedestal I had put you on.
Later that day, I was taking a walk in the park. The smell of the pond and flora had calmed me completely, calmed my thoughts down.
I smiled..
You will never care for me and I am fine with that.
You will never realise my feelings and I am fine with that.
You will never see me and I am fine with that.I continued to walk about until I felt tired, heading home in the late afternoon light. I looked up to the sky once I reached my doorstep.
There you were. The star I named after you. How bright it was..
I shook my head and entered my house, feeling oddly unnerved by anything. I wouldn't dream of you, I wouldn't think of you, I wouldn't try to find you. Why?
Well.. it's because your addictive essence has always been right here..
In the heart of my cold house

General FictionThis story is a compilation of many, all relating to the main characters. It may get confusing, so I advise to switch back and forth between some parts to find the correlation. Think of it as a game. Have fun. This book is going to be wildly edited...
