After Yewon left, the boys all turned to Jeno and Jaerin.
"Couple rings huh?" Jaemin asked as Jaerin cursed inwardly.
"Couple bracelet huh?" Renjun smirked as Jaerin rolled her eyes.
"Shut up. Someone hold Jaemin back while I explain. " Jaerin said as she went to the living room, seating on the seat as Jeno followed along.
"firstly, we are not dating, but we used to date. Like back in High school up till graduation. Also it isn't Jeno's fault. I was the one who initiated the break up. " Jaerin said as she took off the hoodie and threw it to Jeno.
"It's 12:30, we should begin practising " Jaerin said as the boys stared at her, in shock.
"Let's have a 2v2v2 battle, just group up randomly, we will all take turns to play at least 3 rounds with Jaerin" Jaemin said as the boys nodded. One by one the boys played rounds with Jaerin as Jaerin's strength and weakness begin to show up. " You are too cautious, so you are often on the defending end, instead of attacking. You are able to work well with all of us, but I think you work really well with Jeno, your skills complement each other very well. " Jaemin analysed as he summarised what had happen today.
"Let's now go through techniques and your weakness today." Jaerin said as she played a recorded match and begun analysing it. "Renjun, don't act too rashly, and when the player is dead, try not waste more energy trying to kill it. Once is fine"Jaerin said as she paused the match, writing it down on the whiteboard. She begun analysing strategies that would work well with their strength and eliminate their flaws as the boys begun taking down the notes. "Chenle and Donghyuck , 15 extra times in your training routine. " Jeno ordered as the boys stared at him in shock.
"Donghyuck. your rank dropped by 3 in a span of 2 days, Chenle, yours by 3 too, at this rate , you guys can forget about playing" Jeno announced as he ended the meeting. " Jaerin, try to push your rank up to the top 3" Jeno said as Jaerin nodded.
"Ok, let's have dinner now and then continue working out" Jeno said as the rest nodded, all leaving the room .
"Jaerin, can we at least be friends first? None of us has let go of our feelings , but let's take it slowly" Jeno said as Jaerin nodded , leaving along with the boys.
The boys all ate silently, not wanting to break the awkward atmosphere as Jaemin stared at the male beside him.
"The ring is customised for both of you! Heck, I almost believed Yewon that Jeno was in love with her because of that stupid ring!" Jaemin shouted as Jeno choked on his rice . "what the hell dude" Renjun shook his head with an embarrassed Jaemin laughing.
"Why did you all broke up?"Jisung asked curiously as Jaerin shrugged before answering.
"Insecurities , my problem" Jaerin answered as Jaemin immediately understood, sighing.
