I'm sorry this took so long. F... homework. This was for GirlyIvy.
Today is my 5th anniversary with Lee. I can't believe we have been dating for that long! While I was getting ready, my phone vibrated signaling that i got a text. It was from Lee.
Lee: hey babe, are you ready for tonight?
Me: Yeah I'm getting ready right now. How 'bout you?
Lee: yeah. I have a surprise for you.
Me: oh really? Can't wait babe.
I already know what it is. I mean I've known him since we got assigned to team Gai. It's probably a green spandex suit, knowing him that is probably the surprise.
Dingdong what?! He's too early! I quickly asked who it was trying to hurry up with my makeup.
"Its me Ino," came Ino's voice from the other side of the door. I visibly relaxed and went to open the door. Ino stood there and glared at me.
"Why didn't you call me over to help you with getting ready?!" she yelled at me. She pushed past me and went through my closet. The whole entire time she was throwing my clothes everywhere and saying if they were cute or not, with the occasional I'm going to borrow this. Finally she settled for one outfit.
I set my eyes on it, it was so beautiful. I never knew that I even had that dress. (I'm bad at explaining) it's a knee length red, strapless dress. It had sparkles all over and a thick bejeweled belt over the stomache. It also had a medium sized bow on the bottom right.
"Wow, I never knew I even had that," I stared at the dress amazed.
"Now hurry up and get dressed!" Ino yelled while pushing me towards my walk-in closet. Quickly I got dressed and I found some nice red sparkly heels, the right heel had a bow on the right. While the left had no bow. As soon as i went out Ino started 'ooh'ing and 'ahh'ing.
She helped me with the rest of my makeup and left. A few minutes later the doorbell rung. I looked at the clock, right on time.
When I opened the door Lee was dressed in a nice tux, two words. No. Spandex. I felt relieved and a bit disappointed. He smiled at me and complimented me.
"You're as beautiful as always," he said. I giggled,
"You don't look bad yourself. No spadex?" I asked him. He shook his head sadly. The rest of the night went great. We ate dinner, had dessert and he told me some jokes.
"...And she said why should I!?" Lee finished.
"Hahahaha..." I laughed.
"I'm having a good time Lee," I said to him. He smiled and got up. My eyes followed him.
"Now it's time to give you your real surprise, " he said. I did a double-take. Huh? The confusion must have been on my face because he looked at me with a knowing smile. My eyes widened. He ripped his nice suit and underneath it was a green spandex suit.
I anime-fell and he started laughing maniacally.
"Hahaha, you really think I would go a day without wearing spandex. I didn't know how to react. Lee looked at me for any sign of a reaction. Finally I let out a relieved laugh.
I don't know why but I couldn't stop laughing. When I finally calmed down Lee looked at me with wide eyes. "W-what, you're not mad or disapointed?" He asked clearly confused.
"I'm actually really glad that you're still the same. I was so worried, I thought something was wrong with you. I am relieved that you're still ok," I concluded. He smiled at me and walked over to where I stood. Lee kissed me deeply.
Tonight I finally came up with a conclusion.
Normal, is not for Lee.
