The day of her departure came swiftly Adrain straining herself from tears when she heard the news. Most of the days pryer Lilian spent replaying past memories in her head and sharing them with Adrain. Now they both lay beside there willow tree reliving precious moments and embracing every moment spent together. "Maybe were being mellow dramatic" said Lilian in a emotionless voice "I mean ill only be gone for.. For a year.." Then in sink they began balling neither of them had departed out of there country or been apart from each other for more than a couple of weeks. A horses screech filled the air cutting off there sobs. The girls jerked up and whipped around in the direction of the noise to observe a magnificent black carriage standing in front of the church.
The time had come so quickly but every one knew it would.they watched as Pastor Laustson stepped out side to greet the driver and to bring out lilians bags, after handing them to the driver he called for Lilian. It was time to go. Adrian stood first assisting Lilian by giving her a hand up, they then shared a tender hug and walked slowly toward the carriage. As the got closer and closer reality seemed to hurt more and more. Pastor Laustson spread his arms out offering a group hug. He then kissed each girl on the forehead and warmly held them one in each arm. No one spoke, no words were meant to be said.
As Lilian entered the carriage her last tear slipped down her face, she had to strong and remember that this was best for her and that The Lord would be with her.always. The carriage pulled away and so the long journey began. She was off to Germany.
