[ Eyes that don't Lie ]

Hongjoong's PoV

    Im sorry wooyoung, but your my friend, i cant see you like that, you've been with me since then, you deserve to be happy even in your last breath.

    I know both of you still loves each other dearly and your gonna make it, there will be a 23 year old wooyoung and 24 year old. You wont die i promise you your cancer will leave you just trust in yourself

   Hang in there Wooyoung, i'm going to get the love of your life, Lee Yumi.

- Yumi's Apartment -

'knock knock'

'Yumi? Its me......its me hongjoong ..."
I said calmly, still no answer

I began to worry. What if something happened to Yumi??

I knocked again, even loader and screamed her name

"Lee Yumi!" I shouted.

A few seconds passed, i finally heared the door locks move as it slowly opened revealing yumi.

Yumi who looked like she's been drinking herself to sleep, Yumi whose hair is greasy, Yumi whose eyes are red and puffy. A whole different Yumi.

"Yumiko..."

I eyed her from the top of her head to her shoes. I can tell she's broken. Her eyes.. they can't lie.

Her eyes are telling me that she's tired, that she needed Woo

Yumi's pov:

I was staring into the window and didnt notice that there was someone knocking on the door

I only noticed it when i heared it bang and heard my name

"Yumi?! Lee Yumi!! Are you there??" I heared a boy said.

I gasped, who could it be?

I slowly walked to the door, peeked through the peep hole only to see Hongjoong

I would be lying if i say that i didn't hope that it was Wooyoung because from the bottom of my heart,  I know the fact that he's the one i'll always be looking for. No matter how much he scarred me, I know in the end i'll still choose him. He's my home, my remedy

I unlocked the door, It's Hongjoong Wooyoung's Bestfriend. The guy that should've been Wooyoung's Best man in our 'supposed' wedding

- flashback -

  Today we visited the Amusment Park. Apparently I'm meeting Wooyoungs Friend, He insisted go with us so ofcourse we agreed.

   I mean there's Nothing wrong with that right?

"Hyung!, when we get married, You'll be the best man, hmm? " He said which made me chuckle

"Yah! we're still young plus we aren't even halfway through college!"

"I know I know i just wanted to tell him"

"Oh Bro, it's a yes hmm? hahaha"

"Fine i'll be  your best man but in return you'd be my best man too"

"deal"

"Yumiko..." He said as i gave him a small smile "Come In, its a little messy"

"Wooyoung would never want to see you like that" He said

Why would he care, i mean he told me loud and clear that he doesnt love me

"It won't matter anyways, we're not together anymore, i should move-on too" i replied giving him a warm smile.

Hongjoong grabbed my hands and caressed it as i began sobbing again. I miss this moment, this moments when Wooyoung would caress my hand, the moments when we would cuddle, held hands, i miss everything.

"Clean up" Hongjoong said as i looked at him "take a bath and were going somewhere. I'll say to you why he broke up with you" he said once again. Finally explanations

But why do we have to go somewhere? Where?

I went to take a shower and wore some comfy clothes

I just wore a simple black sweatshirt and some vlack shorts together with my slides.  I slinged my bag to myself and went to hongjoong

"You ready?" He asked and i just nodded
