I'd never get my brother back. Kevin, my brother, my only brother. He passed in his sleep. I had seen it in my dreams, his intestines ripped from his body, heard his screams of pain and heard his last breaths, shuttering. I knew what death looked like on a boy's face, I was ten. My only brother, my family, my sanity! All stolen to that greedy beast in the forest. What's next I thought to myself. After I lost Kevin, I refused sleep as much as I could-- days on end. I couldn't sleep I refused, those sights, those thoughts drove me insane! I was alone for the horror. All I knew was this was the beast's fault. This was all that bastard's fault. I need revenge, I thought as I wiped the warm tears from my cold face, my body was mostly numb due to lack of circulation. I was withering.
