Accidentally Bumping

It all started when I bumped into someone when I was angry about not having any bread for my snack toast.

"UGH! I don't have bread anymore?! I swear to God! UGH! Shithead." You cursed to yourself getting ready to go out to the nearest grocery which is about a 15-minute walk.

Why did you choose the apartment far from the grocery store? Well, the apartments near the grocery store are full! And the nearest empty slot is in that apartment.

And you needed to move out quickly because your university is in Seoul and the semesters are starting soon, while your parents are in your hometown. You put your shoes quickly before closing and locking the door, turning the knob to make sure it's locked.

You arrived at the store, still quite pissed. You hurriedly went to the bread section to get two packs of bread to make sure, you ran out bread for a long time and made your way towards the counter, you were about to head in-line when a guy who wore a hoodie and a mask cut in line.

And that pissed you off to your meter. "YAH! CAN'T YOU SEE I WAS ABOUT TO HEAD IN LINE?!" You shouted causing the whole store to look at the scene. "Well, sorry but you were about to head in and I already got in, so yeah." The boy replied with a rather rude expression.

You didn't have any energy to fight with a guy who cut in line so you just let it go. "Whatever." You replied and just kept quiet. After he was done was paying, you head front and gave the packs of bread to the cashier. "That'll be 9,000₩, Miss." The cashier said calmly, you searched your back pockets, and it hit you, YOU DIDN'T BRING MONEY.

"Shit." You silently cursed yourself again. Just then the boy you encountered before, took notice of your situation. "Uh, Mind If I pay for that?" He suggested nicely from his previous expression. "No, thanks." You replied to his suggestion. "Sorry but I guess I won't be buying it. Thanks." You said to the cashier as she rolled her eyes and stored the pack of bread away and you quickly left the store out of embarrassment.

Pissed again for not getting your 5 month stock of bread. Just then someone gave you a bag of bread. It looks like the bread you were supposed to buy. You looked at the person who gave you the bag and It was him, the guy who you got angry at for cutting line.

"Uhh, what's this? You asked him. "The bread you were supposed to buy 5 minutes ago." He replied calmly. "But I said, that I wouldn't buy it and declined." You said yet again declining his offer. "Just take it. You seemed so pissed at me for cutting line earlier so I thought I could at least help." He continued.

"Well, thanks??" You replied and ended up accepting since you really needed to eat your snack dinner. "By the way.. I'm Jungkook, Nice to meet you." He said holding a hand out for a handshake.

You took his hand and shook. "I'm Mi Young." You stated. "Looks like you're having Netflix and Chill tonight." You remarked when you took notice of his bag full of chips and sodas. It was a lot, it was at least for more than 5 people, you mentally noted. "Oh, this Hahaha, Yeah, My friends are over for the night." He said.

"Hmm. Alright, thank you so much again. Sorry for the scene earlier." You said about to part ways. But He stopped you by grabbing your arm. "Wait, you thought it was for free??" He asked. "Uhh, yeah, I think so." You replied. "No no no, it's not. You need to pay at least 9,000₩ to me." He stated.

You can't believe this guy, he really wants me to pay back, should I pay him back with a punch? Wait, No, If I punched him, he'll probably take the bread back. "Okay, So how should I pay you back?" You asked, "Well you ca-" Suddenly his phone started ringing. He quickly took his phone and replied to it. "Hello, Hyung?... Okay, okay I'll be there...Alright!" He hung up.

You looked at the boy. "Looks like you need to hurry." You stated. "Aish, whatever, give me your number!" He said, annoyed. You took his phone, typed your phone number in, and saved it.

"There, now go, before you get scolded by your hyungs." You said half smiling. "Thanks!" He quickly said, before running the other way. You looked at his run and thought he was an athlete on how quickly he runs. You hurriedly made your way to your house as you were hungry. You thought to yourself. "Wait, did I give my number to a stranger??".

You unlocked the door and took off your shoes and locked the door again. You quickly took the bread to make toast. After making the toast, you instantly finished within 5 minutes. You went to the bathroom to freshen up and head to bed. After refreshing up, you head to bed with your phone, scrolled up on social media for a while, and noticed #JUNGKOOK was trending. You didn't mind because maybe it was another Jungkook. You put your phone down as you were feeling sleepy and slowly drifted to sleep.
