Chapter 2

It has been half an hour since since I picked which movie to watch. They should be home in 3.... 2.... 1.... The door bell rang. "Welcome home ,Father and Mother!" I greeted. "Oh sweetie. Tonight's movie night. Have you picked out which movie we are going to watch?" Mother asked.

"Yes! It's Guardians Of The Galaxy!" I said. "Ah! Go get ready ,Chloe!" Father said. I prepared salted popcorn for my parents and four packets of Ribena and five packets of chips for myself. I love eating.

"That movie was awesome!" My parents said. "I know right. I loved the part where the wolf guy was like,"We're a bunch of jack asses standing in a circle!" Haha!" I laughed. "Now sweetie ,time to sleep!" My mother said. I nodded and hurried to bed.

Today. I took a day off from acting because I was going to Russell's house from 12pm to 7pm. I packed my pink handbag with my necessities such as wallet ,tissue and lipgloss. This was the first time in this year going to a friend's house.

11.30am

I wore my pink polka dot dress and a belt. I wore some white heels and carried my handbag. I took a cab to Russell's house. I was so nervous. I didn't know what he was planning to do. All he said to do was come.

12pm

I was at the doorstep of his house. I'm so nervous. I rang the door bell. The door opened. "Oh ,hi Chloe!" Russell greeted me. "Hi Russell. What are we going to do ,here?" I asked. "Frankly ,I don't know too." He replied.

"How about video games?" I suggested. "Sure ,anything is fine!" He said. We went up to his room to play video games. "Are you a fan of legend of Zelda?" I asked ,seeing all his posters of Zelda. "YEP! But.. My parents would never allow me because it is too expensive." He said. "Ohhh! How about Minecraft XBOX?" I asked. He nodded.

That was a fun game! Now to eat lunch. Russell cooked me some traditional Chinese noodles to start the new year. Mhm. They are delicious. Afterwards ,we played some board games such as Scrabble ,Monoply and UNO. I admit ,I had fun.

"See you tomorrow, Chloe!" Russell said ,waving good - bye. "See you tomorrow too, Russell!" I smiled.
