I wake up the next day feeling nervous about what happened at the first Tribal Council. I hope Shane went home like I wanted, but I cannot be certain Harry could pull off the win. If my tribe does end up losing immunity, I want to get rid of someone like a Daisy or Michelle or even Mat. However, if Shane is gone, as I suspect she is, then I fear either Jericho or myself are the next targets and I need figure out a way to make sure that that person is not me. I did not come here to be the second voted out. I came here to be the first two-time winner in Australian Survivor.

I look at the groups in our tribe and I see the older group and the "Attractives" as AK calls us. The older group consists of Moana, Jacqui, Tarzan, Jericho, and Mat as the leader. The "Attractives" consist of Phoebe, Flick, Brooke, Locky, AK, and myself with Daisy as the middle. I am working on gaining Daisy's trust for this vote and the voting her off right after. It seems heartless but I know how good Daisy is at getting people to like her and I do not need that type of person trying to take my potential allies away from me.

Everyone wants to work with me and I can tell the girls and Locky like looking at me and I could not feel better. However, I am not trying to get too cocky. I attempt to make fire without flint, which has never happened in Australian Survivor. I try doing it for hours and have no luck. I have Locky help me one last time before I go to bed and sure enough, I get fire going without using flint. This is my proudest moment on Survivor because when my team needed me, I delivered when I did not even think I could. Christian is going to be so proud of me when I get home.

We walk up to the reward challenge in war paint, thanks to me since I figured it would help build a sense of family if we did it together. It also is a way of showing everyone we made fire without a flint. When I look at the Mokuta tribe and notice that Shane is gone, I smile because I know Harry had a huge part in doing so. Jonathan explains that the reward challenge involves three members from each tribe facing off on a floating deck to push their opponents off the deck and into the water. The first tribe to push all the opposing tribe members into the water scored a point and the first tribe to three points won an opportunity to go to the Survivor Store to select items that will help them survive.

The first matchup is Daisy, Brooke, and Moana from our tribe and Lydia, Sharn, and Abbey from Mokuta. Daisy and Lydia go at it first, with Brooke taking on Abbey and Moana taking on Sharn. Lydia is one of the most physically strong female competitors I have ever seen on any show I have been on and Daisy is holding her own. Lydia brings Daisy close to the edge and I see an opening for Daisy if she uses her left knee and decide to coach her. She listens to my advice, flips Lydia over, and stuns everyone by shoving Lydia into the water, giving our tribe a 3-2 advantage.

Daisy heads over to Brooke and Abbey and helps Brooke take Abbey in, while almost getting dragged in herself. Now all that is left is Sharn and Daisy channels her inner She-Hulk persona that she has talked about before and shoves both Sharn and Moana in, becoming the last woman standing and winning the round. I am really happy for Daisy, but now this paints a target on her back because she showed how strong of a competitor she truly is. Now it is time to decide which guys are going in and I realize I am in an odd spot.

I am chosen as the first guy to go in, along with Locky and Mat while the other tribe sends out Lee, Nick, and Zach. I never thought I would be in the position to be the strongest guy on my tribe, but it feels nice. The round starts and we all just hit each other like we are in rugby and all I can think about is how fun this is. As I am wrestling Zach, Lee tries to drag me off the edge when all of a sudden, I hear a splash and do not feel anyone tugging my leg. I hear Jonathan say that Locky sacrificed himself to take out Lee and I feel better about our chances.

Zach and I continue wrestling when I hear a pop and see Zach ease up his grip on me. I realize that Zach has hurt himself and I feel awful that I am involved so I signal to Jonathan to stop the challenge. Zach claims he is fine, but I can tell by his body language that he is hurting right now. After thinking about it, Zach decides to sit out, leaving it 2 vs 1 on Nick and I feel bad but I want to win this reward. I tell Mat to just wrestle Nick and that if he needs my help, I will help him. Nick puts up a fight, but Mat eventually overpowers him and sends him into the water, leaving us leading 2-0.
