prologue: it starts now (pt1)

The first chapter is finally up!, once again I'm sorry if I go OOC, I changed some of the dialogue so that it isnt exactly like the game.

Black.
Everything was black, I dont remember anything.
                                   ....
Were my eyes open? Am I in a box?
I attempted to move.
I'm definitely in something, something metal.
I push what was in front of me then the next thing I know is that I am on the ground.

"Hnnng..."

I look up to see a classroom of some sorts and I notice someone, a female who looks the same age as me.
I quickly got up.
Without me properly realizing, I had screamed.

The girl looked shocked but said nothing so I spoke up first.

"Wh-who are you?, are you with those guys who kidnapped me!?"

The girl simply looked a bit nervous then spoke out.

"What..? No!, I-"
In pure fear I cut her off and nervously screamed.

"Where am I and What are you going to do to me?

"Hey! Calm down." She suddenly gripped my shoulders.

"I know this isnt the best time but what is your name?"

"Huh?" I looked at the ground quickly and responded to her.

"I-Im shuichi saihara.."

Her gaze turned a fierce and I tensed up.

"Im kaede akamatsu, now listen to me, shuichi."

I nervously looked at her fierce eyes and held my breath in slightly.

"Shut up! Your not the only one who's confused here!"

Her personality took a straight up turn and I wasnt expecting it.

I whispered a simple "sorry"

She paused for a moment and suddenly bursted out "that's right!, I was also kidnapped"

I step back a few inches not expecting her sudden outburst.
"I was casually walking my usual route to school when, someone shoved me into a car.."
She looked down at the floor with a scowl on her face.
"And nobody bother to save me or do anything!, it makes me think how truly rotten the world is."

"Then I went unconscious and woke up in that locker."

She had the same experience as me.
"Same with me, do you were we kidnapped by the same people?"

"By the looks of it, most likely that we were" she responded softly.
"I dont understand why I was kidnapped, I'm just a regular high school girl and really, I'm not special."

I looked up at her, her gaze was now soft than it was earlier, I relaxed a bit before responding.

"Me too, I'm just a regular kid.."
I closed my eyes and continued.
"And.. this is a school, right?, just why a school out of all places?."

"I wonder that too"

...

Kaede started to look around the classroom and checked stuff out.
I simply watched her, I was nervous and so many questions were going through my head.

Suddenly kaede spoke up.
"Anyways, let's stay calm and think properly. I'm sorry I shouted at you when we first were talking."

Her voice was calm and no longer fearsome.

"Ah no, its fine, I should be the one apologizing for yelling at you."
She nodded and spoke once more.

"Let's get out of here as fast as we can and hopefully find some help."
Her voice now sounded anxious and scared.

I swiftly nodded.
"Ye-yeah that sounds like a good idea."

We both rushed toward the door and attempted to open it.
But then.. We heard a noise, an unsettling one to say the least.
And what came next wasnt to be expected.

"Hell yeah!, found you!"

Well this isnt good at all.

"What?" Kaede screamed a bit
"A-a monster!?" I screamed as well.

It laughted insanely.
"Gah-hahahaha! Woooo! Hahaha!"

We needed to get out of here quickly before anything bad happens.
My heart was racing.

"Let's quickly get out of here!"
It's like kaede read my mind.
"O-okay!"

Suddenly the beast roared out again.
"Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, waaaaait!!!"

I dashed out and hear kaede scream.

Alright I'm going to stop it there!
I thought I may have to split this up into 3 parts or 2 well have to see.
