Izuku POV~
I wake up and notice that Kacchan is still sleeping. 'I'll go back to sleep. I promised him that he would wake up with me U///w///U ' I tried to go back to sleep but I then heard a notification of my phone.

I carefully grab my phone and look at the screen.

Boss
We need you at work. Emergency came up. Be here by 12:00 pm please.

Are you kidding me? What emergency? I can't deny work. Sorry kacchan...

I slowly got up and got dressed into appropriate work attire and before I go I leave Kacchan a note so he knows where I am and that i'm sorry for breaking the promise. I then leave the house and head for work at 11:30 am.

Bakugo POV~
I wake up expecting my green cutie to be next to me when I wake up.... He wasn't. 'He promised to not get up...'. I get up and go downstairs expecting him to be there. When I got downstairs he was nowhere to be seen. While I was looking around I spot a paper on the counter.

Dear Kacchan,
I'm so so so so so so so so so sorry!!! My work called me in and I had to go! Hopefully you can forgive me. When I come home, dinners on me! Is that okay? Anyways, I love you! Bye!

'This dork. He doesn't have to apologize if it's work'. I sighed as I go make myself breakfast.

Izuku POV~
I was coming back home after work at about 1:25 pm. I said I'd be back at around two so I have plenty of time.

I was pulling up into the driveway and I saw Kacchan watching TV through the window. I got out and locked the car. I walked up to the door and quietly opened it. I closed it quickly and locked it.

I set my bag down on the floor without a sound and then walked towards kacchan. He was on the couch and I came up and hugged him from behind. "You scared me babe" he said and I giggled. "I'm sorry I had to go to work" "Don't be sorry for something you can't control. It's fine" "I said dinner was on me! Do you wanna go out or do you want me to cook?" "I like both. But I love your cooking better" he said.

"Well then that settles it! Would you like Katsudon or Tonkatsu?" I asked. "Well I know how much you love Katsudon so why not." he said. I smiled knowing he understood my love of Katsudon. "Okay! It'll be ready in 40 minutes!" I said and walked to the kitchen.

"Kacchan! Dinners done!" I say. I place mine and his plate on the table. I made his Katsudon spicy because I know he likes it like that. He looks at me and gets off the couch. He walks towards the table and looks at the food.

"You never cease to amaze me with your cooking" he says and I blush. "Th-thanks kacchan!" I say. He faces me and suddenly gives me a quick kiss. "Got to kiss the cook dont I?~" he says as he sits down.

I smile and sit down as well. As I start to eat Kacchan asks me about work. "So what happened at work that you had to go so suddenly?" he asks. "It was an emergency at a store. Apparently a villain came in with a gun and had a quirk that made him able to teleport through portals" I replied.

(It wasn't kurogiri-)

"Did you catch him?" he asks as he finished swallowing some of his food. "Yeah, we took him into custody after finding out his pattern about where he teleports" I say. "That's my husband" he says with a smile. I smile back.

"Say, what did you do while I was gone?" I asked. "I just watched some anime-" "Which ones?!" I say excitedly. I've wanted to talk to kacchan about anime for a while but it's so hard to get him to watch a show.

"Um what's the one you're always nagging me about....Darling in the franxx" "Really! Where are you?" "I finished it" "What did you think?!" I ask. I hear him mumble something but I couldn't hear it. "Sorry kacchan I can't hear you" I say. "I said I cried at the ending okay!" he said.

I got up and hugged him. "So you liked it?" I ask. "Yeah nerd" he said while looking away but he had a blush visible on his face. "I'm glad!" I say. I pull away and go back to eating my food.

I see that kacchan has already finished his food. "What'd you think?" I said. "Huh?" "The food" "It was great Deku" he said. "Was it spicy enough or should I add more or less next time?" I ask. "It was perfect" he says. I smile. "Okay..." I say.

Kacchan then stands up and puts his plate in the sink. When he comes back to the table he notices that I have also finshed my food. "Want me to take it?" he asks. "No kacchan it's fine. I can put my own dish in the sink. You can be charming later" I say as I go past him and boop him on the nose. I put my dish in the sink.

When I look back I see kacchan with his arms crossed and he is leaning on the counter. I go towards him and stand infront of him. "What's wrong kacchan" I say. "I still never got to wake up with you. And tomorrow you have to go to work again" he says.

I know. I hate having to go to work sometimes. But I can't skip it or else I'll lose my job. But I do have some free days saved up. Maybe I can call my boss and tell him to let me take a free day!

"Im sorry kacchan. Dont worry. It'll happen soon. Very soon" I say and I hug him. He hugs back. We put our foreheads together for a minute and then he kisses me. I didn't hesitate to kiss back.

We pulled apart and I said "Will it make it up to you if I watch Attack on Titan?" I say. Kacchan is always trying to get me to watch it because apparently it's gory and intense.

He suddenly picks me up bridal style. "You can't take it back now Deku!" he says and he starts to head for the stairs so we could go to our room.

"What did I get myself into..." I say and giggle.

"A bonding experience with your husband" he responds....

"I guess you're right..." I say and I cuddle into him while he holds me.
